Because of the fanfic, this will always be my theme for them...kind of defines the whole yearning and wondering "is this real?"

Are you talking about Garrus' voice? Because IIRC, Brandon Keener is from Arkansas, which is near the Southern part of the United States.

Well...if whatever happens doesn't kill him and doesn't stop him from being a LI, then I don't see how it could be THAT bad. BioWare may surprise me, though.

Just today has been such a whirlwind.  We have good news that left me giggling and gibbering like a crazy, and then some not good news that was somewhat devestating but ultimately not irreversably bad.  :)

It sounds pretty standard to me (I'm canadian), though if you're talking about the subtle metallic sound behind the voice it's called flanging and it's done to all Turian voices in post-production.

I'm from the midwestern US, and to me it doesn't really sound like Brandon Keener has an accent, aside from maybe the slightest bit of a southern tinge every now and then. Overall, I think I would classify it as just standard American English.
