Cute... very few FemSheps sport that nose setting. Nice work.Calla S wrote...
Gaaaah, I love looking at all these Shepards! It's amazing how different some of them are.
Calla Shepard (now with - slightly - better pictures!):

Good work, he looks great.Velcro5000 wrote...

Somehow his hotness didn't translate into ME. Too bad.
Well I don't know about hotness since I don't see any in him to begin with but that may simply be because I'm a guy. Anyway on to my point.....he looks exactly like that in the game so I don't see what differences you're talking about.

Lots of FemSheps with the default long-ish hair...not that there's anything wrong with that. For some reason I just thought it was surprising.
My male Shepard is a default Sheploo, Paragon etc.
Female is Janissary "Jane" Shepard. Spacer, War Hero, Vanguard/Nemesis, Renegade. The only Paragon-like choices I made was probably letting the Rachni Queen live and saving the Council. To this day, I can't figure out why I saved them considering how I played the rest of the game. May have to replay the ending to rectify that.
I was originally going to make a fair looking FemShep with blonde hair...but then I heard her voice. So I made her a little more tough looking and gave her that kick ass scar across her face. Stuck with big femmy eyes, though.

The long answer:
Some people are content to only tweak the default (female) Shepard or work off one of the random configurations as a basis. Which is fine; it takes a lot of time (at least it did for me) to make something distinct and believable from the character creator. Some people even prefer the unaltered default Shepard models (especially the male one which I think is very good, probably because it’s based on a real person) which of course is just as viable if that’s your thing.
The short answer:
Many people share the same aesthetic tastes.

I guessed so about the female faces and I always use the default male face maybe its because its been marketed to much its stuck in my head, I tryed my best to make my main characters look unique but I don't know if I suceeded, did I? oh and thank you for the sliders.Taritu wrote...

Especially in Female sheps it's really hard to get a good looking one except in a couple ways, unless, as you say, you take a lot of time at it.
A lot easier to work with Male Shep.
Hopefully ME2 will have a better character creator.

I wanted to say the same about your Shepards. I especially like Adio, he looks really humanAnd usually I think that beard doesnt suit any Shep, but due to that african touch it works great with him :]

Here's Burkhard Shepard. Earthborn, Ruthless, Vanguard.
He's about 30% Renegade, 5% Paragon right now, I think?
The first picture is a bit blurry (darn you Xbox!), but I rather fancy his look. Only attractive male Shepard I've been able to make, and I'm rather proud of him.

Gah, how!
I keep trying to make a younger looking, slightly less hulkish Shepard but all I end up with is a fat jawed wrestler who suddenly went on a crash diet.
Hopefully the ME2 character creator has more options.
