Would you mind sharing how to change the color of TIM eyes? I Tried that a while ago and had no success.

PS:
Go to the G:\\\\Games\\\\Mass Effect 2\\\\BioGame\\\\Movies directory and remove/rename the following files:

ProNorEscapeKaid.bik
ProNorEscapeAsh.bik
ProNorEscape.bik
ProNor_Shepard_Rebuilt.bik
ProNor_Pod2.bik
Opening_Seq_INT.bik
Opening_End_SeqFM.bik
Opening_End_Seq.bik
Opening_SunMid_INT.bik
ME2_Opening_SunMid_ESN.bik
Disabled_load_f99.bik

That shortens the intro a lot.

PPS:
tpf File doesn't work for me, Texmod gives an error message. Runs fine without the file.

That's your Shepard?!  Honestly I didn't use yours as a reference but I did think of her after I had made my version.  I remember seeing her on the face database as she is very memorable.  A little creepy how we ended up using like exactly the same armor though...well, you sir or madam have good taste.

I'm not sure why texmod is giving you an error.  I double checked the uploaded files and they load up without any problems for me.  Do you remember what the error was?

Here's my renegade Female Shepard. I used a look-alike guide posted way back when ME1 was still new. It's suppose to look like Jennifer Garner at certain angles but I barely see any resemblance. Still looks good though.

@AnathamaDye - Thanks. Word of caution though for animated GIFs, picture quality gets reduced when creating animated GIFs. Dunno if it's very noticeable but I definitely noticed that degradation occurs from my original screenshot to the final animated GIF.

One thing what was a bit weird or annoying is this:

My ME1 Shepard:



And this is my ME2 Shepard:



Both faces are made with standard codes, but when I start a new game in ME2 and import the save from ME1 then it always shows the default Shepard face. No idea why it suddenly doesn't want to copy the face over from ME1. Everything else is OK but face gets defaulted... Annoying. So I have to redo the face each time manually. At least they still look quite similar, I've almost memorized the code by now, heh...

alright as i see it, most the female Shepard look ALOT alike, but there are the occasional odd looking ones the ones that dont mach the others, while the male Shepards' seem to vary.

I happen to love this hairstyle...and it's only on one of my shepards.  My main character has the cyber hairstyle.
