So, I posted a question on the first page, and I just sped-read through the majority of the thread, but didn't find an answer... so I'll ask again.

What exactly is this guy doing to cheat?

All I see are a bunch of accusations that, to me, seem groundless. Everybody is saying the enemies are being stupid and SHOULD have sync-killed the player. Is there any cheat in particular that makes that happen? I've never heard of such a hack. I'm not going to say that the video is 100% legit, but saying "NO WAI HE MST HAAZ CHEETID" without any definitive proof seems a bit premature to me.

1 number change in Coalesced will make enemies miss half the shots and fail to locate you fast enough to hit.

Ah, so basically he was changing the game's files and playing with nerfed enemies? I didn't know that was possible, even on the PC. I  only play Xbox titles so I'm very uninformed when it comes to what can be done with PC hacks.

The info is appreciated though. I looked up what "coalesced" was and found a Youtube video showing how to hack in it so it makes a bit more sense now.

I think it's probably low FPS that cause same dumb AI rather than coalesced edits.
FPS looks like 20, 25 max. maybe - like similar Phoenix- & Volusguard solos

Even 25 FPS won't make enemies as dumb and slow to react as in his video. Playing Fury with no Cyclonic on Solo Platinum - LOL. He was playing with Cyclonic IV with 10 OPS packs and 9 missiles and edited files before and he would still only make 20 minutes 

Now he uses Adrenaline has only 6 ops packs and 6 missiles and does it in less than 19? You gotta be fkn kidding me. 

Kroguards with Reegars and all kinds of cheese exploitation barely do it in 20. And they can tank like nothing else in this game. Plus use Cyclonic IV.
