I think the Collector's armor looks the most BA, nothing like kickin butt and taking name looking like the enemy, but my gamestop wasn't taking CE on Mass Effect just like they didn't for DA: Origins >

The inferno armor doesn't look that bad either, but my negotiations usually end with someone dead...

My fav of those is the Blood Dragon Armor. The one I'm gonna use though is the N7 since it's the only one you can custimize, in the end it might be better powered.

lol. For a Solder I would be going for Collector's like so many other people... even if it does make me look a little buggy. For a Vanguard, Ill most likely go for the Terminus, if only because it might scare the enemy away to see that magically appearing in front of them.

For my Infiltrator/Engineer Play through... I'll most likely end up taking Inferno armor if I can get my hands on it (no DLC ftf). After all, the negotiation bonus will be useful when i try and talk them into turning their back on me... *grins*

The best armor for Vanguard would have to be Blood Dragon

Note that Christina Norman on the old forums said there was a mistake in the stats, and that Blood Dragon Armor also got +10% Shields. Makes sense as the other armors are around there.

I'm kind of sad I'm getting Inferno Armor and got Blood Dragon from DA: O. Neither are very 'soldier-ish', that's Terminus. Though I guess +15% to Concussive Shot is pretty good.

Lol, not going for the best armor, just for the scariest looking one. After all, if you saw someone teleport around you, crackling in biotic energy and wearing that evil looking armor... you would want to run as well. Plus I don't like the look of the Blood Dragon lol.

Terminus Assault Armor looks to be the best stats-wise... if the ammo will be scarce I guess one extra mag will save your life many times.....too bad its the only one I wont get

On the other hand I believe the other armors have better looks

I will most likely use Terminus the most and a custom armor of my own creation

Am I the only one likely to simply use the N7 armour or a customisation thereof?

No, you're not.

Although, I was never a fan of the N7 armor.

Half the reason I bought dragon age was for that beautiful blood dragon armor. It looks meh in dragon age, but in ME2 it looks awwweeesome. But since, I'll also be getting Collector's armor, and Terminus Armor, it's gonna be tough to choose which one for shep. I imagine I'll give the other two to other characters provided they could wear them. Then I'd have a fully awesome looking squad, decked out in exclusive armors. :D

it does look totally underwhelming in DAO, yeah, doesn't it, I would have been seriously disappointed but I'd kinda gotten the armour for free :P looks much better in ME2 though

I think for my first playthrough I'm just going to play around with the N7 armour, I can see the grey and black pattern already...

in ME1, no I actually wore the Onyx 7? or 8 Armor on my first playthrough just because I thought it looked cool. I had better armor but didn't wear it anyway.

There's a lot of options now so we'll see.

I'm gonna play thru enuff times to use all that fine looking armor cuz i'm gonna have it all ;) Pretty sure that N7 armor is gonna get boosted up alot after all the research is done & being we can Customize it entirely, nice. They're still gonna surprise us with yet another classified armor & that may be fully customizable as well

Probably Inferno Armor. I'm getting all of them though. Heh, already have my Inferno redeem card here. Getting the CE from GameStop gets me the others.

I think the Collector's armor looks the best, though I haven't decided which I like best from a bonus point of view.

Inferno. It gives me the best bonuses for the classes I play (Adept, Sentinel, and Engineer) and I really like the way it looks. I know that Blood Dragon has a better power bonus, but I have no interest at all in playing Dragon Age so I'm not spending $60 just for an armor code. Also, I think the medieval look of that armor is ridiculous for a sci fi setting.

It's been amended by Christina Norman over on the old forums that the Blood Dragon armour also boosts shield strength by 10%

Here's the link: (near the bottom of the page)
