So ive been playing origins for a few months now on 360, never made a bioware account till i picked up the PC version recently. Made the account hopeing id be able to transfer if not all at least some of what ive done. So how can I transfer what Ive done already into this new bioware account?

Do you mean how to upload character data? First you should register your games ("My Games > Register Games" in the side menu on here; your Xbox achievements and your PC achievements are counted separately from each other.
When you're playing Dragon Age, whether on the PC or Xbox, you need to be signed in to your account on here (there's a sign in area on the lower left corner of the game's front screen) while playing. When you save your game (not a quicksave or autosave, but a regular save), character info and achievements are automatically updated to your account here, though it usually takes hours, sometimes days, for the new information to show.
