So ive been playing origins for a few months now on 360, never made a
bioware account till i picked up the PC version recently. Made the
account hopeing id be able to transfer if not all at least some of what
ive done. So how can I transfer what Ive done already into this new
bioware account? Hopeing to just pick up on the PC version where I left off on the 360, and really after playing the PC version I dont think I could play the console version anymore!

You can't transfer data from the console to the PC/vice-versa. You'll have to start over.

Yeah, you can't. The save files are completely different because they are considered different games.
