I think it's gotta be the Collectors' armour for me. It just looks so awesome.
What will your armor be?

in all honesty, i'm probably gonna forgoe caring about stats (since research upgrades apply to all armors) and just go with what looks good

This for sure. It seems like a perfect fit for my Soldier.
Just like the Blood Dragon is best for Biotics user.

What about no armor? You can't in ME1, streak in your tighty whiteys

I'll probably end up using Collectors' armor as well. My main character is a Shock Trooper Soldier so I'm all about health and endurance. I initially wanted to use Blood Dragon armor but, as it turned out, that armor only gives bonus to power damage and, thus, not very useful for a soldier. What a shame.

Oh I don't know....I will start the game with 5 full sets and some extra helmets and a visor. So though choices. The BDA looks awesome but I like the Collector armor's stats the best. Then the Terminus and Inferno armors are amazing too but I still feel bad about not being able to have the N7 logo for those so I might just end up wearing the N7 default armor and one of the Dr. Pepper promotion helmets and visor. It will all depend on how I feel that day.

I think I'm going to use ME1's model of heavy armor for my character. I'm using yellow and black like the Eclipshe mercs but I doub that'll be my final decision about this. These features make me take forever on what to use, everything just looks too cool for me and I'm never sure about what to use.

Here's a great screenshot strip of all the different armors we saw in the recent video http://img16.imagesh...stomization.jpg
You bring bad news, damn you. Why the hell would they apply bonuses to headgear? What's the point of creating your own char visually, when you're forced to cover his face with crappy headgear that will be there for 70% of the game. Since we can throw 'realism' out of the window anyway, why force anyone to pick between customized visuals (that are suppose to be so important) and bonuses.
PS. Why do people focus so much on 'pay more' armors when the standard issue can be upgraded through research and become not only more powerful, but also provide bonuses we want rather than fixed ones not fitting every class.
