RNG gives a double UR pack to a random player everytime it successfully troll 1 million credits out of another random player.

I had that happen a few times (3 or 4 I think) but not for a while and nary an UR for about 3-4 months. .

5 times total ever.  Only one  I remember was the last one,   CSMG IX, CSMG X.   Which actaully maxed the manifest for me at the time. (it was before Reckoning was announced)
