Seeking team-mates for platinum. I'm not amazing, but nearly always top the score list when I play as a juggy, and often beat players even when I play as a volus engineer. The standard of some people playing platinum is pretty damn terrible.

Before you rage at me for using a juggy, know that I always go for objectives, revive teammates (I nearly always have the most revives), fail to extract extremely rarely, and generally play offensively, as a mobile weapons-platform rather than just hm all the time.

I love supporting the team, as reflected by playing as a volus engineer most of the time. I spec my rm for debuff, but don't use pm as I like to spam shield-boost for my team without interruption. I use a scorpion VII as it lets me stagger phantoms etc and control crowds.

I'm sharing this info about my play-style as I am also seeking advice you may have.

This is also my first post in the forums. I have lurked quite a while, but let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

... by cheating do you mean exploits like sitting in the boxes on rio? No, I don't do that, though my team-mates often do.

What cheats exist? Or is it best I don't know?

You're probably gonna want to save up a bit of money for extra supplies. Just a bit of friendly advice.

Nonetheless, I've been playing more platinum recently. If you want to catch a few games, I'm up for it. My ID's in my sig.

Edit: I see a bit of Rio too. We can get you going on to better and bigger things here. Faster games, too.

No there was a period in time where every player who was making a post like this was a cheater, like they modded their game to get 100 billion credits. And people would figure it out and make fun of them relentlessly. Was fun times.

by extra supplies do you mean consumables? I was planning on stocking up with a jep before I head in again. good advice though. Thanks

Is a juggernaut capable, in your opinion? The other high-damage classes I occasionally use are geth trooper with acolyte/reegar, and I have dabbled with a couple of infiltrators. I am definitely most consistent with a juggy though.

That sounds really good. I need to get away from some of these noobs. I can't believe my damage output as a volus often exceeds that of other classes.

Nothing wrong with using the Jugg or any kit that you excel with...

Having competent teammates is the most important thing to me especially when I PUG

Don't let ToLazy4Name (forName?) see this. He love the volus vangaurd. In truth, in good hands, they do dish out a lot of damage. I am not those hands, but they are fun to use.

just played a couple of nice platinum games with freddy. he is really good with juggernaut and also with hmm... how should i call him... doctor volus (my shields were never empty in that game + revived teammates if it was possible). its always nice to see a good team player in lobby, so be sure to add him

Giant/plat/reapers sounds like me, but I am unsure whether it was me or not. Not being part of the escort doesn't sound like me, but maybe I made a mistake. Was the juggy all black, using a claymore or reegar?

Phew, what a noob, escort is one of the best for juggs. Once they're in the circle, they should never leave.

I don't use the lancer. I prefer the javelin for long-range fighting.
