It takes place after Mass Effect 3,it will be similar to GTA/Fallout,and you can help your friends and take them with you to these different places.You can also kill anyone you want to and in any place.You can also buy houses on any hub world,upgrade your vehicles,date your romance,throw huge parties at most nightclubs,and make new friends.
Main missions:Find a cure for Kepral's syndrome,help the drell rebuild Rakhana.
Help the quarians strengthen their immune systems.

It's an interesting idea, but it does suffer from one major problem.

Personally, I like the idea of a sandbox Mass Effect game.
Though I'd like to see new characters rather than old ones.

Funny thing to come from me, since I've made the mistake of creating threads in the wrong section too.
