I like your avatar. I remember seeing the Blue Jays winning the world series in 1992 and 1993. I even have a sweat shirt that I still wear that I got back then. It was fun watching them play in the Skydome.

Haha. Yeah, those years are a bit before my time (as a fan at least).

Well, this is definitely gonna draw some reactions, but I grew up a New York Yankees fan. I was born in NYC and lived in Manhattan;I would go to the Bronx for the games and at my first game decided that #2 Shortstop Derek Jeter was my favorite player. Hell of a choice little ol me made, hahaha. My mother's favorite was Tino Martinez.
Damn, I remember some players from the old days like it was yesterday. Lets see how many I can list off of memory
Chuck Knoblauch
Derek Jeter
Tino Martinez
Paul O'Neil
Bernie Williams
Andy Pettite
Jorge Posada
Scott Brosius
El Duque(Orlando Hernández)
Mariano Rivera
David Wells
Daryl Strawberry
Joe Torre
Good times. I don't really keep up with sports anymore though. Stopped quite some time ago.

Go Twins?
LOL, first time I went to a Yankees game where they played the Twins, I asked my mom if they were called that because there were only two players on the team and they were twins. hahaha
I miss 90's baseball.

Well as long as you can agree that Jeter's defence was vastly overrated, still a great hitter though. One of the best at his position.

Hey, the Twins were pretty good in the 2000's. Johan Santana was awesome.

I love the Daaaaa-ryll Daaaaa-ryll chant in that episode. My cousin and I use a variation of that every time we go to a game.

I didn't care about averages, I was young;he was always gonna be my favorite hahaha
I almost got to meet him on two occasions and missed out both times because of happenstance, argh. Would've been cool to meet him back in those days.
