Around 5 or 6 times for Origins.
Around 3 times for Dragon Age 2.
Origins had more replay value for me. Though, that's unsurprising considering it's capability to make each character feel unique.
I enjoyed Dragon Age II far more on my second and third playthroughs though.

Over 10 times DA:O, Awakening and DA:2. I stopped counting cause of that stupid character limit on Xbox, hope they get rid of that.

Origins: 7-8 times
DA2: Twice (I just get burnt out by act 3 honestly, so I don't count those times).

That is impressive. Did you find yourself enjoying the game more or less as you kept playing new characters? I wonder how many times you've played before you stopped seeing anything new.
I honestly cannot count how many times I've played DAO, but it's probably between 25 and 50 times. And the reason I'm pulling out this post and quoting it is because I just started a new playthrough and am still discovering new things. For instance, there is "messenger" in Ostagar that if you lie to him will give you a sword he's supposed to be delivering.
That's the beauty of DAO... there are hidden tidbits that you can't possibly experience unless you replay the game.
As for Awakening and DA2... probably about 10 and 5 respectively. DA2 just doesn't hold my interest nearly as much as DAO did and I think that's because there seem to be very few "surprises" like I continue to find in DAO.

I've lost track. If I want to start a new DA:O game I have to go and delete all of the saves of an individual character since my save characters are filled. DA:2 I think I've done 3-4 playthroughs. I tried to start up a new DA:O game recently but lost motivations once I ran into Jowan. I love the game, but I played it a lot and when DA:I is on the horizon, I'll get the bug again to play through my favorite game.

DA:O - 2.5 full playthroughs, and every Origin done up to at least Ostagar.
DA:A - 3 times, I think (the third was due to me realising I'd imported the wrong save >.<)
DA2: - 3 times, once for each class. Though admittedly I was strongly motivated by wanting to see how many times I could finish the game before it was patched. I probably could have fit in a fourth run, in retrospect.

Because of the stupid PS3 limit, I only completed DAO twice (same with Awakening). DAII three times.
Dragon Age: Origins
1. Mia Surana
2. Sahani Mahariel (Canon)
Dragon Age II
1. Diane Hawke
2. Gabriel Hawke
3. Elrahn Hawke (Canon)
I have two other Hawkes that I never completed.

DAO- 6-8
DAA- 2-3
DA2- ~20
I don't know the exact numbers because my Xbox died and then I bought them all on PC. I'm sure I played all the way through at least that many times though. I don't even want to talk about how many games I've started and abandoned halfway through.

Dragon Age: Origins - I have completed the game once or twice, but probably have over a dozen attempts to start a new game.
Dragon Age: Awakenings - One completion and that was hard to make it through.
Dragon Age 2 - Two completions and a third somewhere in the second act.

Origins: 8.8 times (roughly).
Awakening: 5 times.
II: 5.2 times (roughly).
The decimals represent unfinished games (excluding having played a character for less than 10% of a game), plus the completed games.

I have 3 save files for each game that are my "optimized" imports... but to get to that point, I've played both games dozens of times.
...I'm really hoping to catch a break in DA3 with some sort of import checklist.

DA:O
1 barely through
1 notably through
1 bit more than half way through
1 complete.
DA2
1 In third Act somewhere.
So 4 and 1.
