I have played Dragon Age: Origins through 46 times, Awakening about 9 and Dragon Age 2 14 times.

DAO: Eight. Once for each origin, then again with my 'canon' Warden and once more with my City Elf because I decided I didn't like some of the choices I made the first time.

DAA: Five. Twice with imported Wardens, three times with Orlesians. (My other Origins Wardens were either dead or occupied in such a way that taking them into the Awakening campaign made no sense to me.)

DA2: Six times so far. Once for each Origins import. Planning at least one more before DA3 arrives, with my 'canon' Hawke.

3 Completions for DAO - 2 Male human noble fighters, and one male city elf fighter. I also made at least twenty more PCs who made it through at least a few hours of gameplay; some nearly finished.

2 completions of Awakening first by my canon human noble warden, second by an Orlesian Warden I made, though I can't remember that warden's details. I made a few other PCs who didn't get very far just to dork around.

Finished DA2 3 times - one male fighter, one male rogue (archery), one female fighter. Started a total of 21 PCs - 10 male, 11 female.

I hope DAI keeps me entertained enough to finish 4+ PCs.  We will see.

Get an empty USB stick and put it in your Xbox. The console will format the stick and then you can copy all your old DA savefiles over to it for safekeeping. Just go to System/Storage/HDD/Dragon Age: Origins on the Xbox, select each save file (has to be done individually) and copy them to your USB.

NB: Make sure the USB doesn't have anything on it beforehand: when the Xbox formats the USB it wipes all the old data from it. But the USB only needs to be formatted once and then you can put it in any Xbox. (And always choose 'Copy' rather than 'Move' since sometimes files will get corrupted if you move them. You can delete the original files after you get them copied properly.)

Despite these numbers, Awakening is my favorite Dragon Age game. I just happened to get it at a very late date. Will do another playthrough of these games if DA3 supports save game imports.

In comparison, I've beaten the first two Mass Effect games at least 20 times.

DAO: 5 characters completed, each of a different origin, and two more characters going (though I'm not playing them at the moment). I have started a lot more characters with which I mostly played through the origins and maybe a part of Ostagar.
Awakening: 3 times.
DA2: almost 4 times. I have a Hawke standing around at the Gallows for the final battles, but I'm completely sick of the DA2 combat and crazy Orsino and Meredith aren't really worth it to bite through it...

OK, so I am not the only wierdo that has played way too many times. There is no way I could count the number of playthroughs for DA:O. I have done 3 completed games in a weekend before. But do all those games with "Skip the Fade" mod acutally count? So at a minimum, I would say 20 full and complete games. 100 or so with skipped content to some extent.

DA2 I have started plenty of times but completed probably 4 or 5.

DA II - 1 completed, 2 in-progress, numerous other planned when I get around to finishing DA:O playthroughs and importing them.
Mass Effect Trilogy - 1 completed, 2 in-progress in ME 3, numerous still in-progress in ME1
KOTOR I - at least 4 that I can remember from when I had it on the original XBox, 2 in-progress on my Steam version
KOTOR II - 3 times

DA:0 + DA:O:A= no idea exact numbers, due to 1 hard drive crash and one new computer (and with origin's laughable cloud storage size) and two EA/Bioware logins, lost quite a few save games, but were looking at 810 hrs of gameplay ( plus 3.2 on the character creator)
DA2 At least 4 finishes

Only 3 completed playthroughs of DA:O, but around 7 completed playthroughs of DA2. 
(I think I only completed DA:A twice.)

I've gone through recently and consolidated my saves - deleting a bunch that are redundant, etc - and re-playing what will be my "main" import save. I'll probably only end up with about three DA2 saves for import into DA]I[.

2 complete playthroughs of DA:O; I have another two that are between 30-50% complete. (Total would be ~180 hours.)I haven't managed to make myself go onto Awakening, because I always saw the ending of Origins as a fitting send-off for my characters.
And 1 complete playthrough of DA2, with two half-playthroughs.

I'm not the sort of person who can play a game through that many times. Eventually it loses the surprise and excitement, because I know just about everything that will happen. As interesting as it is to create new characters, I can't get that much more enjoyment out of playing through the same situations over and over again with mostly minor variations, especially when a full playthrough takes at least 50 hours for me.

DA:O I'd say about 6-7 times. To the person who played through over 40 times...I just don't know how to respond to that if it's true. There are some good books out there man!

I have completed Origins 7 times & Awakening 4 times. Managed to get through DA2 a total of 3 times.

Since people mentioned Mass Effect: I lost count of how many times in total but I played ME2 around 30 times alone. ME1 around 15-20. And ME3 just twice. As a result I can probably recall the entire story even though I haven't touched anything Mass Effect in nearly a year

Ok. I thought my count was crazy. But then I also play a lot of other games.

That's my complete play-throughs. I also have a myriad of incomplete saves, deleted and not.

Speaking of not-DA games, my biggest play-through count is SW:KotOR. I've lost count, but I think it's somewhere between 20 and 30. Probably closer to 30.

tried one with a male archer, but just can't motivate myself to play further. Although, if DA III is going to have save import, I'll have to fight me through it because it was planed as my canon playthrough. If DA III is going to have a "select how certain situations were handled" list, I won't finish it.
