DA:O human noble rogue, warrior, mage. Dalish warrior, City Elf rogue, Dwarf noble rogue, Dwarf casteless warrior plus a couple replays like my human noble rogue to romance Zevran and the City elf rogue to romane Leliana. and ONE Dwarf male noble rogue for the heck of it. Also I did a new mage just recently to do the Ultimate Sacrifice it was an interesting add to my Dragon Age 2 play through. Who is a female Mage...The Amell women are kicking butt and taking names! I've never played a female warrior mostly because I don't like having Bethany so I played a rogue Hawke ONCE and really disliked her played a mage ever since.
How many play-throughs have you done?

I've played through DA2 3 times.
Aggressive Warrior.
Charming Mage.
Good Guy Rouge.
Each time I chose different decisions to see everything in the game.
The best was the mage pllay through, played on nightmare and it was mage domination. Aveline as tank, Isabella as rouge single target raper, and Anders as main dps and me,as pure healer. The strategy was protect anders really. Isabella is very tough as rouge and aveline is a battering ram in shape of a women as described by isabella herself. If you can protect Anders in vengeance mode, nightmare is a joke.

Holy f*ck, I thought playing through DAO 5 times was a badge of obsession, especially with all the dlc and the expansion making each 50hrs long, but most of you guys put me to shame.
Going through DA2 my 4th time using my ultimate sacrifice dalish elf import (only one I didn't import into awakening-golems-witch hunt) and after I finish it I'll prob use my only other import I have left (Arcane Warrior image who had Loghain kill arch demon). And after that da2 one is done I can finally head back to DAO and try to catch up with you crazy kids. Will prob go with the caste less dwarf origin since that's the only one I haven't done yet.

DA:O = Somewhere between 10-12 times. But it'll increase soon as I'm nearly done with my project where I beat the game with a Warden from each Origin. Cousland, Tabris, Amell, and Brosca females with Mahariel and Aeducan males. Plus one extra Surana female. (The others come from previous playthroughs and deleted files.)
DA:A, Amgarrak and Witch Hunt = The same amount of times as each Warden goes through them.
DA2: Twice before. But given I intend to create a Hawke to follow my seven new Wardens eventually it'll be a lot more.
And there will be at least seven Inquisitors providing DA:I uses the save import feature.

Because of the inability to delete saves from the game itself, I only have 3 Wardens in DA:O that I've imported into 2. But I've played it more than that. Probably 5 or 6 times.

6-7 for dragon age origins. Done 3 for DA2, seeing if I could get different outcomes. Turns out everything was set in stone.

I didn't keep count of my DAO playthroughs but somewhere between 7-10+, some including Awakening, and some Awakening alone. DA2 I played almost twice including the DLCs.

It's hard for me to specifically say how many times I've played Origins, but I'd guess somewhere in the region of twenty. Often, I'd end one playthrough and start another one right after.
Being able to mod the balls out of it helped too.

Too many to count.. I end up moving to the 360 though, and my EA profile doesn't reflect all the PS3 gaming I put into it. I'm settled on single Mage Warden ad Hawke characters now.

As for finished playthroughs...
Origins:
1. Elvahna Amell
2. Aldara Mahariel
3. Kernhol Cousland
4. Mariccia Cousland
5. Gwendolyn Tabris
Awakening:
1. Elvahna Amell
2. Gwendolyn Tabris
3. Aveline Caron
Exodus:
1. Emma Hawke
2. Silhn Hawke
3. Iria Hawke
4. Eliza Hawke
I just realised there's only one man in there. I know I generally prefer playing women, but sheesh, in Mass Effect I at least have a 33% male ratio even so.

only 1 full playthrought of dao, i did start a 2 others but but gave up on them after 20 or so hours for differents reasons :
didn't find immersive to play a women (but needed it to romance alistair wich i found more interesting as a brother in arm then a lover)
the second time i ended up being disapointed by how easy the game was with all the dlc content (starting with the boost of awakening or leliana 's song armor was challengeless, and since i couldn't remember wich item came from the dlc, i uninstaled them to finally start a all new canon playthrought :
-----------dalish rogue doing the right thing but asking payment for it (no heroes but not a bad greddy guy "turning down the crow") will romance zevran and sacrifice at the end
2 times leliana's song, waiting to finish actual dao playthrought to start all the others
da2 : 2 times - mage - pro mage
- rogue - pro templar

Nine DAO playthroughs for me, plus an ongoing Cousland that I plan to finish. I think seven or eight of those wardens went through Awakening aswell. As for DA2 , I think three more or less full playthroughs.
Quite unusual numbers for me, as I'm generally not the type to replay the same game overly much. I might play a good game twice with some time between the playthroughs, but even my favourite games don't tend to survive more than that

12 times DAO
3(or was it 4?) times through awakening
7 times DA2, it took me a while to actually work up the nerve to actually finish the game but the game has grown on me...

DAO - 4 (plus each origin once thru Ostagar)
DAA - 3 (2 imports and one Orlesian Warden
DA2 - 5 (I have no idea why I played 5 times (with limited story and environments), but using different companions made it somewhat interesting.

DAMN some of you guys are crazy!
Honestly I can't do anymore than 2 playthroughs, 3 for ME games. Dialogue after 2 playthroughs just grates, but that's me. ( Yes I'm aware you can skip, I'd rather avoid it altogether at that point )
DAO-2 and every origin
DAA- 1.5
DA:2 3 but only because combat was so much fun.

In DA:O I have played six playthroughs and 3 characters at various levels, Awakenings 3 different character playthroughs. DAII I have five complete playthroughs with three other characters at different levels, haven't finished them because of the yellow light of death of my playstation.

Someone after my own heart
I have played DA: Origins 32 times, Awakening around 12 times and DA II around 26 times. I am a completion type when it comes to games and well it takes a lot of game play to get every achievement ( on xbox, I know there are ones I don't have for comp, but I can't play on one, so I go with what I have... although its always interesting to look at the achievements on here and see what I have unlocked that aren't on the xbox but are still counted on the comp whenever it updates my games)
And yes I have enjoyed each one as much as the first time.
I also have played Witch Hunt about 7 times and Golems around 5 times (took friggin forever to get the dang Grim Reaper achievement...grrrr) all in game DLC are in all my play through too, except I notice I don't play the Assassin one in DA II very often. It was OK, but far from my favorite.
I find the darkspawn one I go back to every so often as it is just fun as heck to kill off all your team mates
So there's my DA addiction for you in a nutshell....and we won't mention my Mass Effect one anywhere, lol

DAO, Witch hunt, DA2 several times each. Origins the most. One playthrough for Awakening, I don´t know why but I have zero interest in that game. Probably because it looks like Origins but has DA2 stripped down gameplay.

I cannot give an exact number, but I'll be honest and say I've played both enough to the point where I can't stand to look at either game. Great games, don't get me wrong, but my OCD really went to town on them. High replay value - esp Origns.

prob 3 DAO Mage,, War, Ro all male1x each
5 DA2 Liked the combat far better, though it had its issues
DA2 Male mage 2, female mage/rougue 1x, male warrior 1x (Sexy design/VA/sexy walk of female Hawke made me try female Character from BW for 1st time.)

Both Dragon Age games were the only games I've owned in a long time, i've had 35 playthroughs on Origins/Awakening and about 18 playthroughs on DA2. I don't know the exact hours I've put into every single playthrough but if I had to guess I'd say around 1200 hours.
So how many playthroughs have I done easy.
Too many

I'm probably really weird: I've played through Origins all the way four times, but three times I played the exact same character making about the same choices. First time I went through the game as a female human noble warrior who was pretty much a goody two-shoes, then I played as a female city elf rogue who murdered badguys without remorse and thought that was the best way to play the game. I played basically the same character through the game two more times.
I've tried to start the game as mages and dwarves and such, but there's just something really satisfying about playing a female city elf rogue who's super gruff, violent and kills all the bad guys but never actually does anything evil.
First time I played Dragon Age 2 I played as basically the same character: a female rogue who was super aggressive and quick to fight who wasn't really evil. Decided early in that playthrough that Dragon Age 2 was a really really bad game. I did come back later and replay it once though, as a female mage Hawke who was cartoonshly evil and almost always took the sarcastic dialogue option. I think it really fit the game: DA2 revolves around people freaking out about evil bloodmages who could be in our midst, but no one noticed that Hawke was an evil bloodmage who was probably the game's main villain.
