Thanks for that. I actually hauled out the punisher for a game with my turian sentinel last night. At first I was blech! because of the climb and recoil as I had not equipped any stability stuff for him but as the match went on and I gained more control over it I started to like it more. I'm going to give this video advice a try this evening with the solider and see how it does.

Can the barrage gear be enough to make the BPP stable? If I play off-host, the passive stability bonuses don't seem to work and I'd rather take a cyclonic mod on platinum.

Coolio. I like CS on Tsol too, because Garrus (I know he has proxy in ME3 too /we). Now only if I had a BPP :/

No. To completely negate the recoil you need the Turian Stability to work + either Stablisation or Barrage (one of the 2), amounting to 85% stability. However, the Quarian Marksman can make it work too, if I am not hosting I use him; take both Stablisation 3 AND Barrage, which gives 60%, most of the recoil will be gone and you will still have Marksman so it is almost as good.
