Nice video, very professional looking, inspired me to go out and have a go with the BPP.

One thing in the video - when talking about concussive shot Stardusk states that rank 5 only does double damage to frozen targets, I've read elsewhere that it also does double to chilled. Here's a link

I would like to point out that the Shatter evolution on Concussive Shot does apply to chilled targets ever since patch 1.04 or around the time that Retaliation came out. Not saying you should choose it unless you're going for another build, but it's far from useless.

Fair enough. I was not aware, though I still would not change the build because it would have to centre round cryo ammo...meh.

Tried it, not impressed, could be not using lvl IV, still, Hurricane so much better. I mean, any gun can become good on Turian Soldier, doesn't make BPP any better than other URs.

Played 4 games with it... I have BPP lev IV. All Gold. Mixed it up between using a Cyc. IV and Barrage or Stronghold and Stabil. Mod. III. AFter first game swapped out the Barrel for stability mod on the gun itself. I did get insta killed at least once a match (i'm a scrub)

Just like the video, all the yellow things dead.

But not on bosses so pretty much a waste; when you can have almost 3 sec more of DPS and AP shots on bosses, which are the tought enemies.

The BPP is better at killing armor than the Hurricane is, if you watched the guide I state that it is not just a case of any gun being good on the Turian Soldier. It is unique on him.

Taking duration on Marksman is a bad advice. Talk about locking yourself into marksman, unable to use any other power for 3 seconds. Geez.
Also due to a bug with MM you can keep firing BPP at MM RoF sone accuracy bonus if you don't let go off the trigger.

True, but just on mooks, and they die quickly without it, too.  I've always spec'd into it, but I recently tried Duration, and it's actually pretty nice.  I don't even notice them dying more slowly.  However, I didn't test extensively, and it probably is more noticeable on Dragoons, Pyros & Phantoms maybe?

Regarding the BPP vs Hurricane.  Everything lies in the AP shot.  I believe its bonus to armor is multiplicative (*5 charged shot and 250% bonus to Armor = *12.5 multiplicative damage to armor, which also includes boss headshots).  You can really see it shine when you get headshots on Banshees, Praetorians, Brutes, & Scions.

If I were to carry one SMG alone, I'd probably still prefer the Hurricane, but I have been enjoying using the BPP + Eagle on the TSo lately.  Eagle for mooks & BPP for bosses.

I have tested it; you don't notice a difference; the AP shot damage is so massive it is irrelevant. On the other hand ca. 3 extra seconds of Marksman allow for AP shots, i.e. more DPS.

You neglected to mention if you play on PC, stability is a waste of time, even semi-decent mouse control gets you all the stability you ever need.
