One thing in the video - when talking about concussive shot Stardusk states that rank 5 only does double damage to frozen targets, I've read elsewhere that it also does double to chilled. Here's a link

I would like to point out that the Shatter evolution on Concussive Shot does apply to chilled targets ever since patch 1.04 or around the time that Retaliation came out. Not saying you should choose it unless you're going for another build, but it's far from useless.

The BPP is better at killing armor than the Hurricane is, if you watched the guide I state that it is not just a case of any gun being good on the Turian Soldier. It is unique on him.

True, but just on mooks, and they die quickly without it, too. I've always spec'd into it, but I recently tried Duration, and it's actually pretty nice. I don't even notice them dying more slowly. However, I didn't test extensively, and it probably is more noticeable on Dragoons, Pyros & Phantoms maybe?Deerber wrote...

Regarding the BPP vs Hurricane. Everything lies in the AP shot. I believe its bonus to armor is multiplicative (*5 charged shot and 250% bonus to Armor = *12.5 multiplicative damage to armor, which also includes boss headshots). You can really see it shine when you get headshots on Banshees, Praetorians, Brutes, & Scions.
If I were to carry one SMG alone, I'd probably still prefer the Hurricane, but I have been enjoying using the BPP + Eagle on the TSo lately. Eagle for mooks & BPP for bosses.
