i checked the downloadable content the other day and there was an option to download "Return To Orzammar" but when i checked it today there was no sign of it. Does anyone know anything about this download... and if so can i still download it?

Are you sure you aren't thinking of Return to Ostagar? There's info on that in the Dragon Age General forum.
