I am so bummed out.  I finally received my Exclusive Edition of the Dragon Age World of Thedas lore book today.  The thing is just beatiful.  It's sick.  The case and the leather-like material are really special.  I have yet to dig into the content of the book, but that will be fun, no doubt.  Just flipping through I saw some cool stuff about the history of Ferelden that I didn't know about. 

The only problem, and it's a big one, is that my Fade Lithograph is not signed.  I stalked biowarestore.com the day these books were to go live and at like 12:02 placed my order, then I checked and double checked my order and the product page to make sure I got the signed litho edition.  I don't know, maybe it's not a big deal, but it was a pretty big reason why I ordered.  And I got it today not signed.  The shipper even specified it being the signed version.

Ms. D, please help!    I placed a request for help on the bioware store support page (#30207), so hopefully we can get this corrected soon.

Quick update:

I got an email the next day and I'm going to send back my copy of the book and get the signed edition. Easy peasy, very friendly customer service. I'm happy for the quick and easy resolution.
