Glacier - Four different Batarians
Hydra - Four different Quarians
Condor - Four different Turians
Goddess - Four different Asari
Jade - Even mix of Salarian Infs and Engies
London - Four different N7 characters (using N7 weapons)
Vancouver - Four different base human characters
White - Four different Geth (Geth weapons of course)

Edit - need a vorcha match too

Sadly, it really isn't that hard to get there with that absolute gem of a quote from the last page to kick things off (the Cage gif was my exact reaction upon reading it). But, as biggs said, ignore the lunacy and keep it OT.

What exactly is the challenge outside of being limited to those combinations? Both Talons are awesome, and 1 Paladin is great while the other is meh. The Valkyrie won't really need to rely too much on a weapon if built correctly, and the same goes for the Collector Adept.

It would be tedious using the Adas, but I wouldn't call that a challenge.

This is a true challenge (only 1 member in the group was willing to take it on thus far): Volus Vanguards with Batarian Gauntlets on Hazard Glacier/Platinum (enemy undecided) using only charge and melee to kill.
