Eh, not always I would think.

Personally, I like theme challenges so call me biased.  The masochist challenges, I'm willing to try those too.

The way I look at it, anyone can do some of the easier stuff for the lulz. The challenging ones are for those capable/willing to try to accomplish them.

I'm not crazy about the masochistic ones (even though the one I suggested is exactly that), but the theme ones are cool. I'm willing to try both, but prefer the theme ones.

I'm sure Biggs' intention is for people to come up with challenges that are actually challenging, but some of the themed ones people have suggested pique my interest.

How about start a Bronze lobby, play the PUG lottery, but take that kit to the Thunderdome?
Check the Random's N7 HQ to see how many of each consumable you are allowed to use. If they can only use 2 rockets, then you are each allowed to use 2 rockets, etc.

So would the PUG come to Thunderdome with the group, or does the PUG get kicked to make room for a fourth?

@Mobius - which themed challenges piqued your interest?

@Crapper - That's a great idea. I haven't done the Thunderdome yet, so I'd need to master it with some of my stronger kits before attempting this, but definitely something to keep in mind.

due to over the top movement penalty, the weapon of choice should be the spitfire and also choose a kit that cannot dodge!

that would be entertaining to see while i drink beer!

Do a platinum game where you play as a Geth Trooper and your only means of doing damage is through the light melee. You're allowed an Acolyte to take down the barriers of Banshees but that's all you can do with it.

ugh...I have tried the flamerless trooper build and for the life of me I have not been able to stay awake anytime I have tried to make a video out of it.....the build is ....meeeehh...booooorrrinnnnggggg...geez....I tried three times and although I did great in score and all those were the most boring games ever. No powers at all...just shooting.....flamerless trooper build is strong but boring as all heck

If anyone else wants to take the raptor challenge, it was quite fun.

Hazard Dagger/Collectors/Platinum. No missiles and raptor as your only weapon. Enjoy

I like most of the challenges. Hell I would mind doing a vanilla character in the Thunder dome with an uncommon weapon, I've rolled the Scimitar and striker on Platinum and made it work before so I think that could be done.

What I really don't want to get into are matches that just turn into legendary kiting matches. Like using predators on zero points characters etc. I mean does anyone really give a damn to sit through a video of that if we did it?
