Ah yes, "too much" - the notion that high levels of exposure to the Mass Effect videogames can in some way be detrimental to your well being. We have dismissed this claim...

Lol, nice one.

When you start looking for 'cover whenever' you go out...

Sadly though... in my neighborhood that is actually a recommended survival skill...

Hehe, ouch tyfreaky.

You know you've played too much ME2 when someone asks you something you don't want to answer, and you simply look at them and say "No data available".

i think you have played too much mass effect when you begin to speak to others as if you were a hanar.

I wish real life had save points so I can see how that last conversation with my girlfriend would have turned out if I choose the Renegade options....

That would be great, because I keep choosing the wrong answers accidentally while I'm trying to skip cutscenes.

-When people begin to resemble characters in ME

-When the ME universe seems more real than the actual universe

-When you try to quick save in real life

I actually had that once when I was a kid, with a different game though, after a long-long LAN gaming session. I walked outside, saved and proceeded to walk out on to the road to see what it's like being hit by a car - how well it's done. Sounds scary, but it was a really-really long session and I snapped out of it in a second or two.

...

Good times.

...When you have played through many times, just to punch everyone one you could and kept track.

...Random hatred for jellyfish.

...Wet dreams about your Love Interest.

...Blaming everything on the reapers.

...Using dreams as valid evidence.

...Imagining every midget to be in a pressure suit and saying "I...Am A Biotic GOD!"

I don't think that can happen normally, really. I mean, the fact that it happened to a nerdy teenager after spending half a day in a dark building, playing the same game the whole time doesn't mean it can happen in a "normal" case.

You get an F on a project and expect the 'Mission Failed' music to play as you slowly sink your head into the desk.

yeah, but it DID happen to Harvey, and he's 34...

EDIT: That actually reads more contentious than I meant it to be.  Wasn't trying to be an a*s, just didn't have long to make my post...
