true story...
you know you've played too much mass effect when seeing avatar you shout "Asari are hotter!" and several people jump up and shout their agreement, resulting in all of you being forced to leave the theater. At least i met some fellow fans...

you get the urge to duck behind every item of furniture you see (and sometimes do it, even in public or at work)
you begin to say "I should go" at the end of any dialog
you mock-biotic charge your friends instead of greeting them

. . .you are having a nerdly conversation about Star Trek that stops abruptly with everyone staring at you. You then realize that you said Krogan when you meant to say Klingon.

...Whenever you hear or read "Cerberus" you immediately think of the organization and wonder what they have to do with anything before realizing that it was the Greek/Roman mythical creature to which was being referred. (this has happened numerous times)
...Before tackling or charging someone you yell "I. Am. Krogan!"
...Instead of going around waist-high objects you crouch and then jump over them

Absolutely.

-thinking in elcor while talking to people or listening to others and translating what they say into elcor.
-congratulating myself for having a quad after doing something "renegade".

This, I am a mythology freak and all the time when I see Cerberus I THINK OF THE organization first.

When you have reoccurring dreams over the course of several nights that feature ME2 characters and maybe some locations but have nothing what-so-ever to do with the game. They were kinda surreal. I actually woke up laughing a couple times. This happened for Dragon Age as well, after a particularly lengthy spate of play.
