I just changed platform, and what people are saying about getting better mods is so true. The difference between an AR with only a stability mod and a magazine upgrade, and the same rifle with a damage and peircing mod is night and day.

It's really the only thing stopping me from going into gold games right now. I don't know if it's just my luck with the rng, but vet packs seem to be very bad for uncommon weapon mods. my current strategy is to stay in silver (which is not hard) and spam vet packs to level up my uncommon guns, then switch to specter so I have a better chance for mods and gear in them. After that, it should all be gravey

Soloing silver? Dafuq?

No you don't need to be able to solo silver to play gold, you just need to be good at silver matches to the extent that they barely challenge you in normal matches.

Also buy Vet packs because Silver weapon mods >>>>>>>>> Characters.
