A. Weren't all of the people indoctrinated by reapers in super close contact with said reaper technology? Like Saren or Cerberus being inside of them? Or standing around right next to pieces? I don't think anyone is in danger of inert Reapers floating about in space. As for those on planets...just airlift them off the planet and launch into nearest star.

B. What if some people WERE to become indoctrinate? They are now indoctrinated to do...what? The reapers are dead...there is no one to control or influence them. In previous cycles, weren't indoctrinated servants essentially mindless husks that died of exposure after the Reapers left and went back to dark space?

These seem like very minor hurdles when it comes to rebuilding galactic civilization. I'm not convinced that the Leviathan are entirely benevolent either, but seeing as they aren't mentioned in any of the endings my own headcanon suggests they are too few to bend the whole galaxy to their will. YMMV.

Well, Mr. Catalyst. Sometimes, a fire must be extingushied because its purpose has changed and is effecting the natural balance. 

Natural force /=/ an inheritally neutral force. If you read the romantic poets you would know that. So in this case the Reapers would be on the same level as a firestorm. Out of control, and no longer contained to it's comfined actions.

- Leviathans become overlords of the galaxy and notice that their slaves keep making synthetic lifeforms which end up turning on the creators.

- Leviathans make a synthetic construct with the sole directive of preserving life.

- The "preservation of life" is too loose a goal and the construct comes to the conclusion that the best way to preserve life is to harvest it into a techno-organic creature that will (theoretically) live forever. Ironically it then turns on its maker.

The Reapers are creatures created by an awareness which has an open ended goal with no sense of morality to guide it. There is nothing natural about it. The Leviathans got what they deserve (one could argue) but nothing about the Reapers is natural.

As for synthesis being something that will always happen. this is an arguable point. Species that are able to create cybernetics will eventually merge organic and synthetic at some point (to cure injuries/missing limbs at least) but anything beyond that would need a species wide belief system of transformation. Far too many specific factors would need to be in place for an entire galaxy of sentient organic life to choose total synthesis.

Yeah.  If it weren't for the too stupid/dumb, whichever, I'd move on, but since I'm too dumb, I need to see that proof, and I'm going to ask every time they post here.  What can I say, I'm too dumb to realize that you can't refute head canon.
