If I was the Catalyst, I would try to manipulate the player into not picking Destroy by making it seem like the worst choice

Just because Glow Boy being wrong is almost delicious enough to make the ending tolerable.

and set and do harvest for ever? Besides the crucible only permits shep to decide, the catalyst is disconnected after that. So if we can blame anyone for the choices menu, it'd be shepard. The catalyst doesn't care about destroy, just another day in the park for it. I've always wondered tho, why it warns shep of the chaos and it's connection to build and destroy, like with the thralls, who we never meet. Why did the catalyst harvest the Leviathan, out of the blue, what made it decide/take action in that regard?  Apparently though, the choice menu revolves around organics and Shepard,not the catalyst who seems to be the mechanism, or only part of a combination of mechanisms that provide the enactment of the choice.

The gripper is that Shepard and the organics as well as many synthetic life forms are dependent upon machines. Destroyed with out them in the MEU, or at their mercy regardless of destroy/control/or even walking away, synthesis seems to be the only choice that provides all the choices in one fell swoop.

Destroy seems to put the MEU in limp mode until the next great invention is found.  The Leviathan won't wait for others to 'progress', not in their nature... bummer

So, where's my video of Sovereign indoctrinating anyone in Leviathan?

 - We both know that derelict Reaper can indoctrinate.
 - I gave you a prof that even small piece of a Reaper is too dangerous to be left unshielded.
 - If you really played Leviathan DLC, then you should know that indoctrination is property of organic part of a Reaper.
 - ME2 shows you that mass effect core only held derelict Reaper on orbit, and had nothing to do with indoctrination itself.
 - Arrival and Sanctuary show that it's just a matter of time when any Reaper device will influence you, if left unshielded.

You just refuse to see the facts. And you can't prove that I'm wrong. All you said is that "Reaper tech can't indoctrinate without power source", and "Destroy eliminates Reaper tech completely", said without any evidence to prove that. You don't wanna realize that Destroy is much more complicated than you initially thought.

You clearly want to win in the end. But you can't. You can only accept the enemy's rules and keep galactic civilization in game... or refuse which is also the act of accepting enemy's rules, because Cycles will continue. The ultimate winners are only Leviathans. In any ending... Destroy doesn't make you a winner. It only makes you the one who want revenge at any cost, even if the cost is millions of deaths and centuries of suffering for the survivors.

. The only doubts i have are whether to asteroid the Leviathans or just Destroy all their artifacts.  I have no doubts about Destroy, I'm just tired of hearing you repeat the same stuff over and over again.

How can you give me doubts about anything, you won't even provide video evidence of your claims.  I can make stuff up all day too, but that doesn't mean I'm providing proof that somebody else is mixed up.  Did you know, for example, that the Destroy beam actually kills the Leviathans due to their genetic similarities to Reapers?

Destroy kills all synthetic life indeed. And in case you didn't notice, I told about threat that comes from dead Reapers. Threat that was proven by the lore itself, and proven not just once.

Can you link the video where ME 2 shows that the Reaper doesn't need power to indoctrinate?  Since it's not a natural ability, Reapers being synthetic, they can't have "natural abilities" by definition, and other entries involved in indoctrination indicate that it works on some kind of signal, see the discussion with Rana on Virmire in ME 1, in order to broadcast that signal, it would need power.  So, w/out power, how is it going to work?  The thing about the device in Arrival is, it's active, meaning, it has the power to broadcast the indoctrination signal, and the same applies to any Reaper tech at Sanctuary.  It's hard to use a machine, if you don't turn it on.  If you doubt me on that, shut down your computer and try to respond to this post.
