I also had a brief surge of hope when I saw this image, but as others have said I believe its probably just a set prop. That being said, its also possible that BioWare added driving components to some of the missions, where you commandeer a vehicle on location. This could be one of them.

We had a quote from Casey Hudson a couple of days ago saying there would be no F/F, but there might be F/Asari. Unfortunately what they do in DAO and what they do in ME2 are two different things.
