Well, that's proving that people tend to play differently. I've seen people state that Dragon Age Origins takes them 100+ hours... and I was like, wait what? At best, I would get 60ish, but I can see how they would achieve it, I just wouldn't be able to soak myself into the game.. that much.

Nearer launch a standard playthrough might take me twice as long, but not now. Now it's all speed. Shepard has no time to stand around showing the crew what a deep thinker she is.

Maybe a bounty hunter expansion. Something where you get to play the life of a thug and merc. Maybe a blue sun or something. I think that would be kinda cool.

I'm ok with BW just making a new game (ME4) then an expansion. Although a game centered around Garrus as Archangel could be fun. Or, they could make other games of the adventures of Zaeed, fleshing out those stories he tells you. We could have 'Theif:ME' surrounding Kasumi's exploits. Maybe an adult only porn game..."Morinth:ME". Then, the archeologist's module, "Liara Digs Protheans". Wait, that sounds sorta like Porn to... Jokes aside, I think some of those games could be great fun. Wonder how big a team would they need to make them? Since they'd basically be modules instead of full on games.
