That does seem a bit unusual (11 out of 40 cards). I've seen quite a few guesses at the UR drop rate around 7% per card, which means you should have expected 2.8+/-1.6 (mean 2.8, stdev 1.6). You are about 5 sd's out. Very unlikely but there again it is was an everyday experience it wouldn't be post worthy ;-)

Was concentrating on reserve packs but since switching to arsenal packs I'm pretty much stuck upgrading the new weapons but have yet to find UR in about 1 million credits.

Don't you people ever learn that the RNG is random and it is hardly plausible that BW has buffed the drop rates (moreso now that they don't give a rat's a*s about ME3) and that for every lucky streak you get, there is someone on the other end of the distribution curve (like me) who has hit an awful luck and hasn't gotten a UR in 2mil.

The droprate seems higher. I've gotten (on average) 1 UR weapon per 500k the last 5 days.

You are currently on what gamblers call a hot streak, keep buying packs! I always believed these reports were troll threads until I experienced a glorious 7 day period in which I got over half of the available URs. That was almost 11 months ago. Other than that remarkable run, I average 1 UR for every 17 PSPs, APs, or RPs. I would gladly accept that 9% UR drop rate that the thread yesterday was whining about.

For sure, got my harrier from lv 4 to lv 9 in 4 days. Also a lot of other good upgrades to my hurricane, talon, etc. Id say over 30 UR upgrades this week.
