Who wants to use weapons when you can phase disrupt her to death with a slayer? But if you need to do it with weapons only, scorpion has the added bonus of blowing her into little chunks. You can also melt her with a reegar.

acolyte, falcon, & adas are all great for disposing phantoms.

Also any powers which causes her to use the bubble shields will also cause her to pause, when she pauses just shoot her in the face.

I'd probably say Scorpion or maybe Falcon.  The Acolyte is better against a single Phantom, but against multiples, it doesn't fire fast enough unless you're using a class with Area Pull or Singularity.  Although I haven't tried the Adas yet, and it appears to be a good anti-Phantom weapon.

Three fastest ways I can kill Phantoms, in order —

1. Turian Ghost: Overload, one Black Widow head shot, done.
2. Drell Adept with Acolyte: Acolyte, Cluster Grenade, done.
3. Turian Havoc (surprisingly): Havoc Strike, heavy melee, Reegar.

A sniper rifle with more than 2 meters of piercing, preferably the Javelin.

Acolyte on the Fury.

Any Vanguard.

scorpion for me as well.

This is why I generally carry a Scorpion as a sidearm in Plat games.  Optional with friends, mandatory with unfamiliar teams.

Depends on the class, but I'm also going with the Falcon. That AOE stun and damage is great against phantoms. Also gets bonus points for being light, so you can spam stuff like Ballistic Blades or Flamer after a stagger.

Most effective way I've found so far:

1) Surprisingly, Slayer with an acolyte + disruptor ammo. Fire acolyte to strip shields and prime for TB, then fire PD. (If done quickly, the acolyte shot will probably stagger her, preventing palm of nope.) She'll fry, and everything around her will get burnt nicely too (often her phantom bff).

2) Fury with a scorpion. This requires more of a lively dance, as you fire mines at her feet or bubble, prime with AF then throw for a BE. Again, she'll be staggered from the mine explosions, preventing nope palm.

3) Human adept. Fire acolyte and singularity in rapid succession. With her shields stripped, the singularity will suck her into the Lovecraftian void. Say hello to Cthulhu, btch.

Juggernaut. Heavy melee the shields off, Siege Pulse the horizontal Phantom after the melee. Works every time.

lolreegar is efficient.

Javelin, if you can can land headshots.

Grenade Spam is also good (make sure to not target them, or they will put up barrier)

GPS should do it in 3 or so uncharged shots w/ warp ammo.

Scorpion for crowds of Phantoms

or Lash them out the map

Edit to add: Fury w/ Acolyte & Shadow SS are the 1 hit knock out punches for Phantoms
