 They are all I got left for Cerberus mastery which wave lvl will spawn the most at once?

Good question. No matter what the answer is though, it is not enough. That friggin challenge took me the longest ever.

Farm Gold wave three. There are three active at once. Neutralize the dragoons first which are capped at three then farm the Nemesis.

An alternative and probably just as fast and effective would be to find someone to speed run Glacier with on Cerberus Gold and run that a few times. You get credits, enemy points, etc.

There are plenty of Guardians on Bronze and Silver, but an almost complete absence of Nemeses. Nemesis Points 3 is the only part of Cerberus Mastery I haven't completed yet.

Weird stuff happens. Right now I have Geth Bombers 3 done but on'thave Geth Rocket Troopers 3 done. No idea how!

You can farm Nemeses on the first two waves as well. Just run around killing nothing but nemeses until the spawn budget runs out. The budget is sufficiently high enough that you'll get a lot of nemesis kills.
