TIM: Prior Mass Effect 2 I've never heard of Martin Sheen but his acting was great love his voice.
Garrus: Nuff Said.
Liara: Loved Hillis' performance since me1.
Traynor: Pure for the accent. Can't stand the character herself.
MaleShep: I know most find it monotone but I think it fits Shepard perfectly.

Miranda, Jack, and Matriarch Aethyta in ME2 (sounded like Peri Gilpin then, seems off in ME3). I'd add EDI, if Tricia Helfer's voice wasn't deliberately robotic.

I think Male Shepard and Garrus can inject some velvet into their voice when required, but I'm probably not the best judge myself.

As my main character ofc I also love Jennifer Hale's voice acting. I'd give anything for another full trilogy where she voice acts the main female character like Shepard.

male voice: I think I'd say Kaidan, but Garrus and Thane would be very, very close

female voice: well, sexy female voices it's not really my thing, so I wouldn't be surprised if no one agrees, but I'd say Morinth

Male: Kaidan & Shepard tied for 1st, 2nd place Garrus, Zaheed 3rd. 

Female: Traynor & Miranda are tied for 1st.... I love the British and Aussie accents.

I actually loved the obvious Canadian in MaleShep's accent. Mark Meer is so Canadian.

And yeah. The raspy quality of Kaidan's voice as well as the sulky, smooth manner in which Garrus delivers each word is just swoon-worthy. I tried sooo hard not to just hear "accents, zomg" and just like the voices automatically because of it. (Though, admittedly, part of the reason why I love Tali and Miranda's voices are probably due to that.)

In ME1, Ali Hillis is trying too hard. She switches from "cute and dopey" to "sexy" in two sentences. Doesn't help that there were certain lines that simply weren't delivered well..."Joking? Oh by the Godess! How could I be so dense!" (Terrible voice acting on her part, not that the line was all that great to begin with.) She definitely improved though and became permanently stuck in her sexy voice...

But Raphael Sbarge has the sexiest voice still. ;-)

Miranda has the hottest voice unquestionably, but Liara I have to admit sure has that "bedroom" voice too:).
