Thank you for not making me feel like the only person who notices that sometimes, female voice actors come off as trying way too hard. I really like when sexy comes off as sexy with a natural progression rather than .. just  too much. Like Merril in Dragon Age 2. Tried way too hard to do the "cute" voice for an awful character.

And yes. Sbarge really has that voice. It's lovely.

Shepard- I actualy didn't like his voice in the first game but by ME2 it changed quite a bit (as did all of the characters) and now I can say it's quite sexy

Garrus- his voice sexiness is pretty much a known fact 

I liked Thane as well

As for girls I'd have to say

Liara (dat breathiness)

Miranda because I love hearing austrailian accents

Morinth also had a pretty voice

and I dont know if I'd qualify it as sexy per say but I loved Traynors voice

Edit: Whoops Forgot TIM! definitely a sexy\\interesting voice
