For real though. I'd say the Lancer's proper owner is the Asari Justicar, and I'd switch the Javelin and Black Widow. Give the Phaeston to the Tsol and the Hurricane to the TSent

Black Widow has 3 shots. It is designed for Infiltrators without Shield stripping powers. 

The Geth Weapon Damage bonus on the Javelin is not very relevant in the GI vs. SI comparison on Gold, since both can already one-shot non-boss enemies without any equipment. The difference is SI can do it with a body shot against Elites such as Marauders (thanks to Energy Drain negating Shield Gate) whereas GI needs a headshot.

Hmmmmm

Crusader on Geth Juggernaught. With the hvy brl and omni blade it is everything you will need. You can snipe at range, hip fire while advancing or rip off four shots into an atlas' cockpit in between hvy meleeing it.

Executioner for Asari Huntress. Coak, DC, shoot one shot a mook or warp ammo shoot a boss, cloak, reload, warp, shoot, rinse and repeat. With a hvy brl and no AP mod or ammo you still knock down guardians through their sheild. TC gives you time to reload and it all just flows. Throw in a 30% power amp on it combined with her other insane stacks and you can watch even praetorians melt.

I dunno. I thought this thread was more about the "spirit" of the weapon as opposed to raw effect, but it kind of turned into a discussion about effeciency.
