Radovid the Stern - The Witcher 2 (thanks to KoP's blogs, I came to appreciate his genius more.)

Phillipa Eilheart - The Witcher 2, same conditions apply.

Sebastian LaCroix - VTM: Bloodlines Embodies everything I don't like about most politicians. Just from the get go he's a slimy bastard.

Maven Black-Briar - Skyrim. Rules the city behind the scenes... too bad she's very preachy about it xD suppose its Bethesda's way to make a point. Though I do prefer subtlety.

Julius Ceaser - Rome DERP HERP DE DERP ><
Octavian - Rome (bloody brilliant character.)DEPR HERP DE DERP ><

Turian Councillor - Just to troll you guys.

Loghain - I like his character more. He's very tragic.

King Foltest - The Witcher 1/2 a little extreme, but he did make Temeria, the smallest of the four kingdoms, the bloody shield of the North.

Eto Demerze - Prelude to Foundation. Not to give much away, but this dude is EVERYWHERE.

Mr. House - Fallout: New Vegas. Brought an entire city together under tribes of savages. Manages to keep the freaking NCR out and still retains his mysterious identity.

Emperor Palpatine - Because turning a GALACTIC REPUBLIC into an authoritarian EMPIRE and keep it that way for long aint easy.

Chairman Richard Prescott - Gears of War. Achieved many victories against the genocidal Locust threat like the Lightmass offensive and inspired COG to take up arms, unified as a race. He had his fair share of secrets...

More of a general rather than politician but still.

Tandi - Fallout. Rescued by the Vault Dweller and led Shady Sands, a backwater village, to become one of the most successful nations in the wasteland. Gave support against the Enclave.

Mr. House, although I'm not too sure if he's a politician and in fact I'd wager he's the type of person who dislikes politicians, he doesn't seem to have a high opinion of the NCR which is run by politicians.

Udina, too bad his story ended so badly, I wish he hadn't been involved with Cerberus in the first place and it just seemed to me like he was picked as the sacrificial lamb for no reason in particular.

Well, he existed to be a heel. An "ineffectual" heel rather than a "villainous" heel originally, I would wager. But whatever.
