- The old days of vanguard clipping glitching, all those feels.
- Playing with OP weapons before they got nerfed to hell.

1. Tanking with a Juggy on one of my first Gold matches at London against Cerberus. I was up on the bridge on extraction wave and throttling every Phantom that jumped on. With 30 seconds to go, I missiled a way to the EZ with the team in tow. Fairly standard game but with 3 human team mates, the Jugg felt like a true Prime.
2. Using the Heavy Melee for the first time with the Armier Legion Turians (Saboteur). Then discovering the badassery of Havoc Strike-HM.
3. SMASH!!! Taking down Dragoons in one hit.

- Unlocking my first non-human character, a Quarian Female Infiltrator. Very cool.
- Weekend operations. The best was the one where you had to extract as all one race -- I think Patriot? -- I played with an all drell team, an all turian team, and several all krogan teams
- Completing my first solo on every difficult was memorable, bronze through platinum.
- Getting the BotB banner. I completed almost all challenges on gold/plat, meaning I was far from the first to get the banner but I feel like I earned it.

Hearing that epic beautiful reave dub step in all its glory
Having boss level enemies stare at my combat drone.
Going into almost every lobby in gold and getting nothing but FBWGG and camping the bottom room.

Speedrun on Geth London.
We had one position that keep just getting beaten down by Prime fire before they could get a rocket off. Bechter finally had to take over and show us how it was done. After firing a missile into the wall, lamppost and dying multiple times to siege pulses from multiple Primes, Bechter was a wee bit upset and the team was in tears of laughter at his expense. Speed running a short tournament with those guys was pretty fun and educational as well.

My early Gold days. I used the Human Sentinel and regularly got kicked for having low N7/challenge. One day I didn't get kicked. Even then, a guy in the lobby said, "Idk if we'll be able to do it with this Simba guy." Well, the success of the mission came down to me, and I pulled us through. One of the guys literally said, "Simba's the man!" Lol.
Nowadays, people kind of expect me to be pretty good, but it was fun when I didn't have the points to show it. My other favorite memories are any time players compliment me over the mic. Here a few I remember:
"Maannn, Simba's so good"
"I can't kill anything with this Simba guy around."
"Simba is demolishing everrrything."

My list of things is long but the most important one for me is that you guy's made a multiplayer that i have put nearly a thousand hours into which is the first MP game since halo 2 to suck me in as much as this game, has and secondly that I find it hard to stop playing the game even after almost 2700 matches.

Honestly, the best "moment" I've had was when I realized just how great the multiplayer component to this game worked out. I was against it from the start - "Keep your multiplayer out of my single player RPG!!"
A buddy of mine, who swore off any and all multiplayer games, was the one to ask me if I wanted to give it a shot. After a week of cutting our teeth on bronze, we both paused for a moment and commented how good this part of the game worked out.
Since then, it's been a fairly regular regiment of an hour or two of killin' reapers every night after work.
Truly, great work to the entire team who contributed to all aspects of the game.

-The Fury.
Also when the Shadow's SS worked on Atlases... and sweet sweet revenge on Phantoms.
Earth DLC was probably the high point for me. I saved up so I was able to get all the characters. The characters were really unique and well designed and felt like actual characters in the story. And totally badass of course.
Good times.
Oh, also the the day the nerfs ended. That was a good day.

Beating Gold Reapers for the first time as the Slayer. Dancing between Banshees and Brutes with 0-medigels left while clutching was one of the most intense moments I had in gaming. Doing the same thing again with the Fury.
Playing with friends or BSN members while we do our silly antics. Including accidentally luring a Phantom to sync-kill someone while they were capping a four-point objective.
Discovering wacky and fun builds with lesser known weapons and kits.
Rage-rocketing.
Watching a completely new ME3MP player barrel-rolling around in panic for a full minute as Banshees, Phantoms, Husks, and Hunters try to kill him.
Employing that same strategy myself to solo a wave 10 on a 4-person Escort objective through an open map dodging Primes and Drone missiles and Banshee sync-kills.
N7 Shadow.
There's probably tons more that I missed. One of the best multi-player gaming experiences I ever had.

It's gonna have to be my first Platinum completion.
I was rocking the SE back then, and was just on for some U/U/G matches when I crossed paths with three players who needed to fill a spot. It was such a great few games we took it to Platinum, and took down Reapers on Condor with ease. Made some great friends that night.

•The first time I extracted on Gold. I remember my mum knocking on my front door near the end of the match, and me sprinting to the door, opening it, yelling "Can'tstopplayinggoldandwinning" and sprinting back to the sofa. She rolled her eyes and went in the kitchen to make coffee.
•Unlocking the Harrier. On my birthday.
•Vanguards
•Breakdancing Volus
•Finally hearing the 45 second mumbler for the first time, a few days ago.

Watching Xcal's Human Vanguard video and trying it out myself.
Playing with the Reegar for the first time when everyone thought it was garbage because of its limited range and I just ran around the map killing all the things.
Playing with Jay_Hoxtatron and actually beating his score.
Watching the Javsteppin' and Fencing with Cerberus videos.
Beating Collectors in my first Retaliation match on Reactor. Also, getting sync-killed by a Scion.
Having fun playing.

I started gaming with Manic Miner on a 48k Spectrum, so I have many long favourite gaming memories. Nothing comes close to Mass Effect. I was initially resistant to MP, and had played through SP 7 times before I even considered trying it out. I eventually came to realise that my reluctance to play co-op with strangers (no real friends on PS3) was entirely contradictory to the theme of SP - everyone working together to defeat a common enemy, so I overcame my insecurities and jumped in when the Earth DLC was released.
More than 500 gameplay hours later I barely play SP at all. I can't tear myself away from MP long enough to play the original Mass Effect, knowing that there is a clock ticking regarding the server availability, making this a golden, but finite experience. I've only posted a couple of times, but I'm very grateful to both the Bioware team and the good people on here who have provided invaluable information and much hilarity.
- I'll never forget soloing bronze for the first time with my Krogan Soldier against Reapers on White - a Banshee almost got me when the x button did the opposite of what I wanted it do do on the extraction wave (no, I DON'T want to snap to hard cover, I want to RUN AWAY!) but I somehow got away, yelling "FOR TUCHANKAAAAAAAAAA!!!!", in a way totally inappropriate for a man of my age.
- Banshees in general, SP or MP. Maybe it's because I'm Irish, but they scare me rigid. Best bosses in any game I've ever played. I know playing a Jugg as a melee-based character is not the way to go, but it's so sweet being able to go toe-to-toe with Banshees without fear.
- My first Platinum match was for Lodestar (thanks brojo), and also my first using a mic. Krijn and Maverick carried my Jugg without me being too much of a burden, I think, though I went walkabout on Wave 1, only to hear, "Q: Why's the Jugg over there? A: Cos he's an idiot." True, but at least I stayed alive!
- Youtube vids. Thanks to everyone, seriously. xcal's "TECH ARMOR" was my favourite until I saw Run Juggy Run last night. Sustained laughter here.
- Endless variety. My partner occasionally complains about how much time I spend playing this game, but even she can see why it's addictive. I vowed never to promote again once I got the N7 banner, which now makes the excitement when I get a respec card something special. Some of my builds simply aren't gold or platinum-viable, but I'll get there, one card at a time.
- "Enemy is regrouping. Time to reload." Deserves to be on a t-shirt - sums up my ME3 experience. (On a not necessarily unrelated note, there should really be a stoner character in the next game. Our characters so far have been mostly an up-tight bunch, who could maybe do with chilling out a bit, impending apocalypse or not, dudes)

Any weekend challenge is a good memory, especially when I started being able to help less experienced players get them. And when megabeast and heroicmass helped me get Lodestar: Insanity, and then I was able to turn around and help my friend who'd never even played Gold get it...that was a really good time.
Unlocking my first Vorcha. At first I was mad to get the one Vorcha who doesn't have flamer, but then he became my favourite kit in the game.
My first silver solo. It was just a test, with no consumables to see how far I could get with my chosen character, and I won!
The all-Volus heavy melee match on Reactor...and this was well before the Batarian Gauntlet.
The sight of four Voluses trapping a brute against the wall with a wall of HM bubbles had us laughing so hard we could barely play.
The first time I killed a phantom with Shadow Strike. REVENGE!!!!! XD
