There are actually too many memories to name them all but... The friends I made throughout the whole process was wonderful.
Also, the high point of it all was when I managed to achieve operation Lodestar on insanity. That really made me go 'wow!'
I still play but it's obvious the real fire isn't there anymore. Where can we sign up for the next iteration of ME MP? :)

Thanks for the list, Chris! That Bioware posting day was definitely a highlight. Weekend ops... miss those. Sigh.

First U/U/G extraction, then first U/U/P extraction. First time clutching a wave; wave 8 Gold Cerberus Jade with a Male Quarian Engineer. Then the second time wave 9 Gold Reapers Ghost with a Salarian Engineer. But the one thing that keeps me going? Saving a teammate from an synch-kill w/o a rocket or van-charging an enemy from the other side of the map that is about to stomp a downed teammate. Seeing players risk their own extraction with 5 seconds left to revive that downed teammate to get him in for the full extraction and his extraction $$ bonus. For me, nothing gets better than seeing that stuff.

The only memories I can think were my first Platinum match being ALMOST successful (we got to wave 8), my second Platinum match which WAS successful and the missile glitch. I didn't do it. I just stuck around with players who did do it. I don't understand why people hate(d) it. They're just helping.

I didn't have a great time with multiplayer because I progressed extremely slowly. There are things that I really wanted that I still don't have to this day.

you guys actually had an issue of volus not appearing 'cause he's too short?

And teamed up with Brojo and Derek to cover the front page with Bioware tag?

Priceless!

The Reckoning Live Stream

I think it was Brojo who put a Batarian Gauntlet and started punching and charging things. Just for the lulz

The Bioware Dev Saying: Assuming Direct Control!

Eric Fagnan's little tease on the Collector Adept

Now on General:

Bioware assuming control on the forums
Earth DLC Trailer
Reckoning Trailer
MP DLCs
The MP Dev posts. You, Brojo, Eric Fagnan
The answers from the Devs and community on my thread "About Reckoning- Bioware, please see this!"

And the list goes on!

PS: To all the Devs, please don't abandon us! Stay here until the next Mass Effect and beyond. We can eat your favorite food and grab a soda!

When I played mp for the first time on bronze, I thought it was impossible lol. But as I played it more I started to realize that mp is so much more fun than sp and I never thought that would be the case.
And when I finally unlocked the N7 Shadow from the store after buying like a million psp's. I finally got to play as a ninja

Also Turians with jetpacks, teleporting ninjas, war hammer weilding Krogan and space magic in general. Doesn't get much better than that :)

Have to say, I nearly had a stroke when I just saw two BioWare tags on the front page that weren't stickied...

As for memories...

Playing the demo with nothing but a Level 1 Human Engineer armed with a Predator I and wondering how the hel l anyone could kill an ATLAS, and then subsequently finding my first ever Phantom and sprinting 100 miles an hour in the opposite direction... straight into a Turret.

Getting up early to get games in with three friends to farm credits for when the Earth DLC finally dropped. Then going into our first Plat game ever, we knew it was difficulty, and from the hype (only having GodlessPaladin and Upinya Slayin complete it) we were a little scared to use consumables, turns out we didn't actually need them. Granted we went down more than a few times but we extracted, had about 14 rockets going into Wave 9 so we let lose. For a whole 25 minutes we held the Platinum Speedrun Record.

The day of Retaliation my first game of the day was a Collectors on Dagger Hazard PuG, obviously in reference to the badass trailer. I was using a melee Paladin. I have no idea how but it was, and still the easiest and smoothest Collector game I've ever had...

Realising just how beautifully done the scenery and settings of each map are. I never expect much effort to be put into the background of a multiplayer map but the burning Palaven on Condor, the tanks on Giant, the waterfalls on Jade, wonderfully done.

Back when Team AreleX first started (during the Summer of last year) I remember staying up until god knows what in the morning trying to beat zHHk's records. Some of the most fun speedruns I've ever had.

A few smaller one's exist, my first game with HeroicMass and pretty much every game with H20 TidalLeaf (such as this and this).

Also there's the Intergalactic Speedrun Tour.

Forgot to mention that I always get a nostalgic flashback to a Firebase Condor game using a Claymore Turian Sentinel whenever I listen to Brainwashed by Devlin...

- Hearing Bjorn Taylor's voice in the live stream

- My first Bronze solo

- Operation Lodestar, insane, which made me play Platinum for the first time

- The devs posting in the forums

- Derek's posts, especially the one, where you could ask questions and got answers

- BroJo creating a similar thread shortly thereafter with the possibility to ask questions and get answers

- Hearing stories from the devs' private life, even if these weren't that many, but this made the interaction the more fun

- Playing a hazard map for the first time (for me it was Dagger sandstorm)

- The weekend operations where you had to work together to reach the goal

- Using the Harrier for the first time

- Realizing the fabulous landscape/surroundings when playing Giant hazard for the first time, I didn't see that when playing Giant in the normal version

- The first time I finished a wave alone while all others were lying dead on the ground

Oh, forgot to say: The day that the Multi-player Balance Changes accidentaly opened.

Since it's over now, could you people from Bioware please tell what went wrong that day?

 A couple of my favourites:
  • Gaming with developer events. I've attended a few, and during each of them I encountered friendly and laidback people to hang out and play a game with. There are a lot of moments during those gaming with developer events that stick with me.
  • Getting a XBL message during a game with dev event saying "I love you" as one of the first things of setting up my dev account, me subsequently responding to that message in kind, and all of that showing up on Reddit. Very surreal and memorable.
  • Playing with random people in levels I helped create and quite a few of those players offering me pro-tips on how to play those levels successfully. Also seeing people having fun in the levels I helped make.
  • Discovering that some players had created their own metagame inside Goddess which consisted of mantling on the large desk in the central room and then seeing who could stay on that desk without getting downed or falling off the longest.
  • The communication with people playing the game. It has always been useful and insightful to get feedback from people in the community, whether it was in person at PAX East recently, through forum posts or PMs here on BSN, or while playing the game. There has been a lot of disagreement, but almost always has that disagreement been communicated with thought out reasoning and arguments instead of the abrasive language you come to expect on the internet at large.
  • My very unwise challenging of the community when Platinum was just around the corner and subsequently eating hat cupcakes to repent. I occasionally visit the thread I made for it and it still makes me smile.
  • Patrick Weekes' discovery of the crates blocking off the small central room in Glacier, mere days after he discovered and figured out the strategy of whipping/AoE'ing enemies through the wall there.
Honestly there are far more moments that have stuck with me since this all kicked off. Thank you for all the great experiences. :)

My first Gold game. I was lucky enough to enter a lobby with people on mics (rare occurrence on PC pugs) and kind enough to carry my a** to extraction and to a commendation pack

BSN: the disciple/ninja guy duel thread, that was fun

The first time I clutched a wave Hydra had just come out . I learned dancing with brutes that day and realized I had finally made it in MP . Oh and it was the excited yelp of one of my squad mates of yes when that last enemy that went down . I forgot some people play with mics and it nearly scared the poop out of me .

Playing two matches with Bro Jo and getting sync killed on extraction wave by a brute on dagger hazard while taking out a marauder . There was a thread that day on how rare brute sync kills were could have fooled me didn't even see it coming .

First Platinum extraction also longest match I ever played .

The failed Banshee weekend event and the following weekend event Banshees every where .

Wow! You guys never cease to amaze, do you? It's great to see a Bioware post again. And it's also a great thread! Really, you devs are the best devs one could possibly hope for. Not only for this, but for everything.

So let me take the time to thank you for this amazing experience, first and foremost  There is surely room for improvement for the next installment, but you should take this as a positive thing, not a negative one. For being the first MP game, you did a damn fine job! Chris, you said that the heart of this game is us, the players, and you're right. But do not forget that we're here, after more than a year, to play the game that you guys designed. If it wasn't so great, if you guys weren't so awesome and communicative... We wouldn't be here.

So... Hats off to each and every one of you :wizard:

Now, onto my list of favourite moments. I'm sure I'll miss a thousand of them, so if I recall anything in particular later on I'll edit the list.

- playing regularly with Oli, Weeedo and Naqviator, the first regular team I've been part of, and somewhat the only one. Lots of fun was had. I miss those days, sometimes. Never again I played this game so much like in that period.

- playing platinum somewhat regularly with Drei, Mgc and MJ. First experiences on that difficulty, and although they pretty much involved camping a spot, the matches were quite varied and I had lots of fun doing it, I learned a lot and became a better player thanks to them. Thanks for believing in that scrub who bumped into your lobby, guys! :wizard:

- doing the D&D challenges with Djeck, and playing lots of games with him in general. Awesome guy. I'm so glad I met him here on the forums. I still remember the first time I showed him the awesomeness of the Volus sentinel melee build. We took our pink sentinels to gold and went on meleeing all da things! A good pug had to carry our sorry asses while we were laughing like idiots, haha! Nice times

- playing lots of games with Coffee, another awesome guy I met around here. There was this particular game in which we set it for collectors/reactor hazard and decided it would be the trolling game. I still remember objective wave, we get the hack in the reactor. I go in, wait for everyone to get inside... Then run out and lock them inside. Bad thing was... In doing that, I didn't notice the banshee behind me, that promptly grabbed me, leaving my 3 teammates on the floor. Good thing they had gels left, haha. Hahaha I rarely had so much fun in a videogame, I was laughing my ass off on the mic for the entire wave. Good that they were nice guys, so they ended up having fun too. Kudos to Coffee for being such a fun guy to play with!

- meeting Dasriboflavin and being amazed at what the guy could to with a Drellguard, and eventually working wery hard on that kit until it became my all time favourite. I can safely say that no other player has shaped my way of seeing and playing this game more than he did. We also did some very nice Drell duos B)

- playing uncapped games with TheKillerAngel as host, with Sy7ar and Stentron. Lots of fun. Soooo many hunters and dragoons!

- playing model for Stysiaq's amazing Biotic God banner. It was great to have this opportunity, thanks man

- the sub8#YOLOSWAG group and all the amazing people there. Don't need to add anything more, do I?

- finally playing with Jay and witnessing the glory of a Marksman with a Saber played by him. Spawns destroyed before my arc grenades could touch the floor. Watching Fencing with Cerberus. We are not worthy.

- the GIGAVORCHA and the Polish Phenix. It had been a while since I laughed so hard. Stysiaq's the real BSN king B)

- the 4 of a kind series of games. Awesome idea by MadGodji. I had so much fun with it. Best one was the 4 novaguards one. On U/U/G, with two experienced players lagging a lot and two others less experienced... We got collectors. Obviously. It was one hell of a ride, and one of the most funny matches I've had in this game.

- slowly learning to master the FQE with a claymore and the Marksman with a saber. They took me so much time to get used to them, but it was well worth it. Now they're among my most fun kits. Thanks should go to Fortack for showing me the way of the Claymore, and to Jay for teaching us how to pop heads.

... To be continued B)

Damnit, when I saw the BioWare tag, I though it's another necroed thread.

Favorite memories are all from playing games with the best players and of course my first and fastest solo runs.

So many...

- The first few games during the demo with my best friend, we kept getting annihilated on Bronze and the first time we got to wave 3 we were like "yay!"... only to find out it was 11 waves and then feel totally lame, lol.

- The first bronze duo I did with said friend, we were SO ecstatic to have done it. :3

- My first bronze solo, that was a rush. :P

- Still during the demo days, my first successful gold game. My friend glitched out (vanguard glitch, lol), and one of the other pugs wasn't very good, so it was basically a duo. Whole game lasted 60 minutes, lmfao, but still, we made it and I was extremely happy.

- Once the full game was out I didn't touch gold in months, and when I did it was only Cerberus and only with my Krogan Sentinel and a Striker. :P

- My first gold solo, Cerberus on Dagger with the GI.

- My first platinum extraction, did it with two other friends with whom we had made bets at which wave we would wipe... guess we all lost, lol.

- Platinum troll game using the Batarian Sentinel with Incisor and Cryo Ammo with those same friends (they were also using stupid builds). We made it to wave 5 in like 30 minutes, lolz.

- My first platinum solo, Batarian Sentinel with the Graal. Probably the biggest rush I've felt in this game since my first bronze solo.

- Platinum solo with the Female Quarian engineer, I was determined to be the first one to do a platinum solo with her, no matter how much frustration it carried.

There's plenty of other memories with some of my other regular friends or with pugs, ME3 MP has been an awesome journey. :)
