But the day I get Eagle X [last UR left] will for sure be special. I'll finally be able to sleep tight.

- playing lots of games with Coffee, another awesome guy I met around here. There was this particular game in which we set it for collectors/reactor hazard and decided it would be the trolling game. I still remember objective wave, we get the hack in the reactor. I go in, wait for everyone to get inside... Then run out and lock them inside. Bad thing was... In doing that, I didn't notice the banshee behind me, that promptly grabbed me, leaving my 3 teammates on the floor. Good thing they had gels left, haha. Hahaha I rarely had so much fun in a videogame, I was laughing my ass off on the mic for the entire wave. Good that they were nice guys, so they ended up having fun too. Kudos to Coffee for being such a fun guy to play with!
I did not expect to get a shout-out like this. Thanks man.
To respond to the OP.
When I first managed to extract from a silver lobby after playing for a few months, and then moving on to gold shortly after. I was a slow learner, but I'm glad I stuck with it.
Playing with all of my friends, most of whom I met back in the ME2 days, (Capn, Xassantex, Xariann and Red), but also playing with some newer people like Deerber and participating in some of the community shenanigans like the 4-of-a-kind runs.
Soloing in general, be it bronze, silver or gold. To be honest, I remember the failures more than the successful attempts, because the failures were so much more infuriating. Banshee sync kills, Atlas sync kills, losing my last gel, sneaky phantoms... The experiences have stuck with me and made me a better player.
Being known as the guy with the worst jokes is always fun. (Hey, hey -Why is Barla Von rich?
Because he isn't fri-Volus with his credits!)
Also, I am quite fond of my reputation as "that guy that fries everyone in the Reactor." :innocent:
I also remember trying to open my ports so I can play with more people, which failed spectacularly much to my dismay.
Ah, well - it's been a wild ride, and I'll stick around until the vehicle is no longer functioning.

There was some other bet we did that you lost.... so you still owe me something. I forgot what it was. DAMN!
Also, duo on Goddess. Never forgetting that one.

- All the help threads and videos that made me a far, far better player than I could have otherwise been
- Bronze solos -- I was jazzed
- Discovering I waited too long to do my Silver and Gold solos
- Folks who helped me become a legitimate gold player -- weak pugs were my undoing, they helped me deal with that
- Unintended Bronze solo, discovered how easy they'd become, BioWare musta nerfed it, much tougher back in the day
- All the really great folks on BSN, beyond the help threads, devs, etc., made me laugh out loud many, many times
- All the DLCs, weapons, characters, gear, mods -- lots of really creative stuff added to the original MP, yeah, it's a business, but the pride and joy peeked through the corporate shield, hope that doesn't go away for ME4 MP
- My Justicar, my Saber, my Lancer, my Arc pistol (just wish we could carry two weapons of any kind, so I could carry an Acolyte with my Arc)

Locking off that room was a gameplay change to try and improve the level. That I ended up griefing Patrick with it was a coincidence.stysiaq wrote...
Jos, you know that Patrick as chosen as the "good guy" in the SP drama? Was locking the Room Of Shame a message of sorts?

You deserve it! You're a great guy to play with.
The problem is that there are surely lots of other people that deserve a shout out but didn't get it, thanks to my stupid memory issues
And... I guess there will be at least two of us on the old ship when it stops working
P.s: adding the 4 of a kind to my post. No clue how I forgot that!

- My very unwise challenging of the community when Platinum was just around the corner and subsequently eating hat cupcakes to repent. I occasionally visit the thread I made for it and it still makes me smile.
Also, on topic, when I finally unlocked the GI just a couple of months ago, and hearing that there would be a Geth Juggernaut. Words cannot describe my excitement.

My first clutch (with the Paladin, natch) was also one of those awesome moments. Everybody in the game was playing fine, but one bad spawn domino'd until I was the last man standing. Being able to hold it down and finish off the wave was a really cool feeling.
I met at least one person playing ME3 MP who's become a friend, and we've played other games together. That was really fun and cool.
Goofing around with friends and doing all-______ matches. An all-Geth match is almost unfair. An all-Volus match is almost unfair in the other direction. But the Vorcha Breakdancing Hour during extraction waves will always make me laugh, always.

That thread got some nominations for the Best of the Best thread of BSN, you know? I didn't know of that before and I have to say... It was an amazing read!

-Playing MP for the first time with my girlfriend. We both tought it would be a cakewalk based on our SP experiences. We wiped on bronze about 5 or 6 times before we realized that we needed help and switched to public cames.
-Carrying a silver game with a 1st level Kroguard right after they were introduced. I really can't tell you how good that felt!
-Meeting so many awesome people through PUGs that I am now good friends with outside of gaming.
-Discovering that I could indeed solo Bronze, then SIlver and finally Gold on my way to BOTB. I'm not the best by any stretch of the imagination, but it felt like I accomplished something and I have seriously come such a long way. I also don't solo anymore: too nerve-wracking.

Those experienced in the ways of the BatSol can guess what happened next; if an enemy didn't burn, it exploded, and if it didn't explode outright, it's head exploded. The Piranha was almost an afterthought up against that barrage of Ballistic Blades and Inferno Grenades. Glorious. Ever since that day, the Batarian Soldier has been my go-to class, my champion.

Whell this game was all a favorit.
- Discoverd that javalin and widow is awesome.
- Discoverd that kischshock is awesome.
- Discoverd that the Geth Trooper and Infiltrator was awesome.
- Got the last customizations for all Geth characters.
- Discover that I can also score 20 HS off-host with graal, my now favorit shotgun, on a avrage of 5 waves.
- Maxed my rare character.
- (Almost) Maxed almost maxed all my rare things.
- Getting the Geth Spitfire after the buff. (So that the first impression was good.)
- Got my first banner.
- Got the javalin.
- Finished my first "insert-difficulty-here" game.
- Got my first rare.
- Got my first good rare.
- Got my first hurricane
If that is corrected, I can forget about phantom DR on-host, sync-kill, stunlock of no-tomorrow, elbow of doom, no option to cancel the loading screen when joing a game in progress, no option to change chat volume, no in-game kick option and balance changes after statistic istead of real need.
(Criticism is not forbidden, not in this case.)

Every single time.
Wishlist for ME4: Small character dialog trees. Much like Starsiege Tribes or Defiance. A little chat window that lets my Krogan guffaw on command would be most welcome.

I got it about a month ago. I put down the controller, took a picture with my phone and went to bed. Best signoff ever.

Second and third favorite memories ... my first-ever 100k game on Gold and first-ever 200k game on Platinum.
Infinite other favorite memories: Any time someone saved me from an insta-kill (or vice versa) with a headshot or biotic explosion. That truly is the best feeling in Mass Effect history. Team work at its finest.
