Garrus and Legion I know haven't been officially revealed. I'm drawing a blank for the others because we've known about them for so long.

But on a serious note I like the fact that Garrus is making a come back, he deserves it.  But at the same time that doesn't mean I want to have more people from the first.  Few to none is good, let's get new faces.

On both the achievements list and official soundtrack the only other character named is Legion. So it's Legion.

Garrus and Tali are the only ones returning. The other 8 are new.

You'll still see her in the game, she just won't be in your squad. So you can either stay true to her, or cheat on her with one of the new hotties.

She's in the game, just not recruitable. I think i read that she hangs out on your ship somewhere. But you'll still be able to talk to her, she's just not going to join because the mission could mean her death and the developers want to keep her/kaiden for the last game.

It would be so funny to me, if Jacob wasn't recruitable after all this time. If instead we were introduced to a different Cerberus Operative. It has probably been confirmed by several game reviewers by now though.

Dirty dozen was said to be just a phrase they used. Although we might just get a "dirty dozen". Its eleven now, and there might be one, if not more, DLC characters. We'll just have to wait and see i guess.
