I hope so, as the quote you are referencing was talking about LIs. I hope it applies to Wrex.

Personally I would feel that Legion as a Squady is not very likely. That said if he is an option for recruitment I feel that several people will not be too pleased by this. So to make everyone happy I will promptly shoot him in the head a couple of times.

Why would people be upset with legion as an option?  I think he sounds bad ass

He means people like Tali. Part of the challenge of the game is to get all of your squadmates to get along. Or, you could just avoid recruiting them.

Legion is the 10th whether you choose to recruit him or not.

Ahh, makes more sense.  For me, first playthrough, if there is an option to kill him I will if someone complains too, well maybe only if Tali or Garrus complains, I built up a friendship with them, I may not care about the others so much if they complain.

That is optimial unless they pull a Dragon Age, you had to make a choice there, no matter how much you tried to be nice, you still had to pick one or another compainion

I dont know Mordin or jacob but Garrus and Legion would be awsome.. maybe even wrex or Liea ((sp..been a wail from playing the game)) oh and Kaiden or ashly would be nice too.

What I don't understand is why Mordin and Jacob are not in the list of squad members. We all know them, and I don't think is very difficult to simply add a short description and a couple of screenshots per character.

Well so was Jenkins right? Just saying, nothing is set in stone, until we see the stone in which it is set.

Except they have stated in numerous interviews that Jacob is in charge of the armory on the Normandy, and that you can get to know him better etc.

Jacob is so set in stone he's turned into Shale. Same thing with Mordin.

I don't think they are going to "declassify" a squad-member until we get a video to accompany them. I'm hoping Mordin, at least, has a fight for the lost video. I'm thinking that some characters will remain classified even after release day in order to avoid spoilers.
