A quick question (the answer is probably no but I'll ask anyway).

I want to get the Collecter's Edition of Dragon Age for the Xbox 360, but the only copies I can find have all had their DLC codes used. Is there any way to go about getting the codes usable for me as the previous owner would clearly have no use for the items once they've sold their copy of the game?

I think you mean the ultimate edition? Once the codes are used, they cannot be recovered; if you believe they have not been used, but you cannot get them accepted, you can contact EA help.
But I see xbox DAO UE at Walmart for $14 (all DLC & expansions included)

I have an edition for the Xbox with the DLC on a seperate disc, so there's no need for DLC codes. In fact, I don't even use the game as I also own the PC edition. If you're in the UK I'd be quite happy to sell it to you on ebay or whatever.

the whole reason for dlc being given as codes is to encourage people to buy new copies (and thus paying money to EA) rather than used copies
so the code should only work if the previus owner never used the code
in some cases dlc may be available to purchase online but other items will be considered a special promotion and not available
