I'm trying to import an ME3 character into a new game so I can get the benefit of all the upgraded guns that I spent so much time getting in the last game.  But I don't want to play at Level 60 and I don't want to use the same class.  I used Gibbed to drop my level back to 30 and set up everything like I had it for my ME2 import, also changing the class.  However, the first time I earn XP (the first medigel box I find in Vancouver) I am promoted to Level 60 again.

Does anyone know how to force the save file to quit thinking I'm level 60?

Edit - Never mind, I think I found it down in the raw section.  I needed to edit my XP down from 120000 to about 38000
