not sure if 4 cryo ammo bonuses is equal to buying 6 packs yesterday all of which were 5 various ammo bonuses

Sorry dude, cryo is just barely more useful than explosive rounds. I never had a psp like that. Probably hard to calculate the odds of that hsppening. Really, out of all the level 3 and 4 stuff to get, for all of them to be cryo. Stupid bad luck.

All subjective, some people want more rail amp lvl 3s.. So spectre is better credit wise, some people want to purely level up, so recruits is better, some people want all lvl 2 gear, so veterans are better, some people want ULTRA RARES... So the psp still remains the king. Aresenal and reserves are more for people who are just building their manifest and have few characters and or weapons
