Icy so many people that think the RNGod is a frigid thing prone to giving them the cold shoulder. But this proves what a chill diety it really is.

The trick is to keep a cool head, don't get cold feet when it comes time toboggan with it. For it only respects strength and ten-ice-ity. Just keep at it and maintain a high winter lose ratio, use the consumables it gives you and the credits will just snowball until you have enough that there is snow way the RNGod can deny your hails for attention.

All then ice ammo consumables you pick up along the way are just icing on the cake.

Arsenal packs are better. They don't give useless character cards.

Unless you're trying to level up characters the ritzy way instead of recruit packs, and then you never get them.

I maxed everything with regular spectre packs, perfect balance of consumables, amps, ammos and UR. 

When u buy those u barely have to buy any JEPs unless u're playing reckless and/or use all rockets all the time.
