After he gets crowned king? i killed the ArchDeamon and then he got crowned, it crashed while loading the next video. Repeating the battle and having Alistar kill the ArchDeamon instead didn't result in a crash but of course a different ending.

actually i just got done doing this today, after alistar gets crowned it shows you laying on a big rock thing and alistar says a bunch of words over you, Alistar gives fergus highever and amaranthine if you where a human noble, fergus gives amaranthine to the wardens and you get a big statue at weishappt or however you spell it and you get a tomb next to the others who killed the arch demons

Kinda cool I guess, just such a lack luster ending to have it crash :/ never crashed at any other point in the game (that wasn't related to my rogue virus scanner >.>")

Played the suicidal slab of meat ending twice now, never a worry. Zero crashes on any ending. But I have noticed random crashes that can occur at any point in the game... you may have been the victim of a random event (come on lotto 
) I do notice far less random crashes when the game is not connected to the server as well (but the crashes are still rare, maybe 1 or 2 in an entire play through)

You should really just replay the ending and see it for yourself. It's different depending on your decisions and relationships with the other characters, so it's almost impossible to ask an get the correct answer for your game unless you told us exactly all the decisions you made and even then it still wouldn't be 100% right. It's much more satisying to see it for yourself and to know how the endings were written as well.
And if you just don't want to go through the long battle again - I can understand that; I hate having to replay a part after a crash - you could just use the cheat codes to kill everything instantly so you can just read the ending. That way you could at least experience it for yourself.

It's kinda lame what happens when you beat the game, if it takes you back to before the siege on denerim, why can't I complete the missions I left incomplete? :/
