From what I can tell this is a DLC for the 360 but I cant find it anywhere... did it come out yet some other forums theres people that have played it already but I dont see it anywhere...

It came out alongside a flawed patch that has caused more problems than it fixed. Because the new DLC was tied to the patch, both were recalled until the situation can be resolved. However, some people (like me) managed to get the DLC before it was pulled.

It was apparently released by mistake then pulled from XBL. There is a problem with the dlc achievement patch that came out the same day causing all your specializations to lock. Since the books are still gone it's a problem. Some debate as to which download caused it. Just check the downloadable content in game that way you get the proper codes to allow offline play. If you got prompted to patch you might want to clear cache. You can read about any of these issues in a half-dozen threads. Still no title update to fix dex glitch, save corrupts, audio problems, etc. etc. Quite a mess.
