Pretty much.  Even those who think they're answering properly are swayed by bias.

I would agree to an extent, more so - Legion in ME2, but Legion in ME3, I still say Synth.

My crew would either pick Destroy or Refuse. 

Anything else and I'd reward them with a bullet right then and there.  There are just some things that I will not compromise on.

I don't think there's really a right answer for many of the squad. There are a few obvious ones like Javik, but to say that your crew wouldn't be affected by your leadership is false.

It always amazes when people say others decisions will be influenced by bias when their answer will be no different.

Samantha would choose destroy just like femshep would.

Sam has sympathy for synthetics so I think she might choose control.

And yes it could be as simple as that, Shepard's the Commander, not them.  Shepard is the one in charge, not them.  If not a bullet then certainly time in the brig...if the Normandy even HAS a brig.  The ship always seemed too small to be a real warship to be honest, even now it still lacks necessary things.

I may be biased but if anyone thinks any of my choices are wrong, I'd love to hear it.

Liara: Control.
EDI: Sync (theoretically).
Thane: Sync.
Legion: Sync (again, theoretically).
Samara: Refuse (she cannot sacrifice, she cannot take slaves, and she cannot show mercy).
Mordin: Sync (I reject the "we're not ready"-nonsense and I bet Mordin would too).

I see Kaidan as a wildcard (Destroy/Sync).

A bullet is simple to you?  That seems a bit extreme, no?  Unless they were actively trying to force Shepard to pick another ending, which he/she would have to draw his weapon, I couldn't do that, personally.

Again, video game.  I can do whatever I want in a video game, be whoever I want.  The laws of morality and ethics do not apply in a virtual setting that has no real world repercussions.

Sure I'd try to reason with them, but as the commanding officer of the Normandy Shepard's word is law and the squadmates are free to follow or get out of the way and off the ship.  The Captain or otherwise commanding officer of a Navy ship is one of the last remaining absolute monarchs of this world.

I don't think any of them would.

Refuse is saying, "I choose to lose this war and to allow the Reapers to both kill me, and every other member of every space faring civilization in existence."

Refuse is the Critical Mission Failure ending.

I think almost everyone would pick destroy, except for maybe Joker, who might pick Synthesis. I even think EDI would pick destroy. She would willingly risk non-functionality to rid the galaxy of the reapers.
