This looks like it turned out to be a thread on how you can solo with a jug. I don't know about that, because if your Gold PUG team is horrible, and you are playing a jug, the match will take forever.
What I have been doing lately is if playing Cerberus in a Gold pug, I play the shadow ( SS build ) because phantoms are usually the reason for failure against Cerberus. I also take armored compartments.
With other enemies I usually play my highest damage dealer class, which is an infiltrator ( qmi with harrier, gi with hurricane, drell with javelin ). If there is a biotic team I'll play the Valkyrie.
If I want to pug with something that does not do high damage I will PUG silver.

Thanks for the advice, folks. I think I'll stop promoting my infiltrator category for a while and just play with them. I keep promoting everything when I get character training from a pack, then scouring my characters for a higher level one to actually play with - often ends up with me using a character I have no idea how to play. (I tried out the Valkyrie. It was seriously just me dying for 25 minutes.)
I probably should leave a couple at 20 so I have them available.
