The same reason I always have, because it's got a lot of fun gameplay mechanics. I've been taking a break recently since Warframe kind of got a hold of me, but I'm not done by any means and probably won't be until the next ME MP game.
Why are you continuing playing ME 3 Multiplayer ?

Mainly to max out my manifest. I will probably continue to play afterwards, but more occasionally.

Why? Because I have yet to meet all the amazing people! I've only recently come across Sailor and Cinnamon (and if you watched the correct vids you'd know who I'm talking about) but spending time with them is really fun.
That and I have this need to be able to beat Cinnamon on a regular basis instead of the occasional fluke game ^^;

Trying to max out my manifest (but failing miserably), and despite various bugs etc. I still really enjoy the game. However, a friend of mine persuaded me to buy Starcraft 2, so I'll probably have some downtime on ME3 soon...

ME3 is why I have games I bought for the christmas before last I still havent played on. I am still at the start of Skyrim, I have only done one playthrough of the witcher 2 and Deus Ex:HR, and havent touched RAGE, LA.Noire or a few others. I purposely havent bought a new game since last year as I know I wont play it. Shamefully I have played on COD, but its the only game most of the guys from work, and my brothers in law play.
I have been playing lots and lots of singleplayer as well though - I had to take a fresh character all the way through ME1 and 2 so I could get all the choices I wanted and still be with Jack, cos my main character when I loaded him up was dating Miranda(Noooooooo!).
Even without the multiplayer I would have played ME3 constantly, but the multiplayer is that awesome its kept me very happy for a long time. Its so nice to play something co-op rather than competitive, but even amongst other co-op games it shines, even though its just a simple horde mode. I cannot wait to see what Bioware can give us in the future, its rumored that Dragon Age: Inquisition will have co-op multiplayer - and while I know its a different team of people, if its anywhere near as good as this then it will be worth buying the entire game for. Hell, if they release the same thing but with darkspawn and swords I will be all for it.

For me, I'm waiting for The Last of Us and Beyond: Two Souls.
Though I stopped playing ME3 recently. I'm now playing The Longest Journey.
They are finally making the third one, so I'm playing through the 1st and 2nd one.

When you got a good team and are destroying plat within 20 min.
When you have a team of Asari and BEs going on every second.
When you have 4 Krogans headbutting each other.
Also wish I could solo Plat one day.

1) It's fun and I enjoy it.
2) Asari
3) Helps pass the time until Half Life 3 or Freelancer 2 comes out (I think I'll play ME MP forever)

B-because I still needs my harrier X
Plus, I meet people that treat others like actual human beings more often on ME-related things, like MP.
I enjoy the team emphasis of the game, as opposed to the solo nature of most MP games
Oh, and I have friends that play often (that are really fun to be with) and I enjoy helping them improve their manifest/achievements

I still have not completed the assignments I set for myself. One of which is unlocking all banners.
I still feel that my knowledge of the game has room for improvement, there are many build and weapon combo's that I haven't tried out. And many that I have but still need work on understanding how to maximize the potential.
I think there is also a core of great people and players in BSN still, I'd like to play with more of them and improve myself to feel comfortable in Platinum with a wider range of kits.
I'm also the die hard type of gamer these days, I purchase less games than ever before, but play the ones I do choose fairly regularly.
