 I really would prefer to post my problem in the appropriate place, but AnswerHQ simply doesn't work for me. I can't post any questions, I can't register/log on, and the site is ultimately unresponsive in terms of allowing me to anything more than look at other questions that have been posted.

I apologize in advance, but this needs to be heard:

I'm having a serious problem when I import my ME1 Shepard's complete ME2 game into a New Game Plus: I don't get any of the bonuses except keeping my level and the DLC related Armors and Weapons from the previous run!

In my ME1-to-ME2 import file, I played as a Vanguard, I purchased every Armor, and I constructed every Heavy Weapon so that I would be able to bring them over for my New Game Plus run. I even chose the Claymore as my weapon training in the Derelict Collector Ship.

Lo and behold, when I created my New Game Plus file, and got to the Armory aboard the Normandy, I only kept my level and DLC-related Armors and Weapons. Am I experiencing a bug, or is this a more serious issue?

Please, I've done this twice, and both times resulted in a lv30 Shepard without any other perks besides the DLC-related Armor and Weapons! This is a very big problem!
